G Thomas 'Tom' Vogel is a President/CEO at Uncle Julio's Corporation. A 30 year veteran of restaurant, CPG and retail marketing, Dan has a true passion for disruptive innovation that transforms companies and consumer experiences. He currently channels this passion in his role as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Dunkin’ Brands, where he and his team are responsible for developing and testing new guest experience and product platforms for two of the world’s most beloved and successful QSR brands – Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Dan previously served as the Director of Brand Marketing for Dunkin’ Donuts as well as VP of Baskin-Robbins U.S. Brand and Field Marketing where, as a member of the BR senior leadership team, he was a key architect of the brand turnaround plan that the business still enjoys today. Prior to joining Dunkin’ Brands, Dan worked in a variety of client-side, agency and consulting roles, where he was responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing solutions for a diverse portfolio of restaurant, retail, packaged goods and hospitality brands. Dan is a graduate of Boston College and lives with his wife, his dog Rosco and a mostly-empty nest of 4 children in Marshfield, Massachusetts.

Steve Bratton is a CFO at Uncle Julio's Corporation. He has worked as Vice President - Finance at Metromedia Restaurant Group. Steve attended University of Kansas between 1984 and 1986 and University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business between 1986 and 1988.

Prior to Zoes Janie held strategic positions at leading companies including Bain & Company, Kimley-Horn, Main Event Entertainment and Verisign.
