Some of my favorite things about working at Under Armour are the benefits, work life balance and the people!
Some of the things I would like to change about working at Under Armour is compensation & the career growth offered.
One of my favorite things/perks about working at Under Armour is the 50% discount we get!
The discount
Everything. The management is awful. They schedule you outside of your availability and schedule you on approved requested days off and expect you to find someone to cover the shift of it falls back on you.
The discount.
Everyone was willing to help each other
How the hours are limited during certain seasons
My favorite benefit is since I would run stock/ freight I got to help my coworkers when it came to finding items in the backroom or out on the floor.
Helping people find what they need and want. Along with working with amazing co workers
The pay and hours they provide me
The 40% discount they offer
I liked learning the ins-and outs of retail.
Lack of Diversity
50% Employee Discount
Coworkers, company envirnoment
The CSR position I was in and the pay
Discounted products
The people were nice, and they were understanding when something happened
the repetition of the work in some of the departments
healthcare was great
Lax dress code, gym on site, ability to influence decision making, freedom to choose work projects and move around company
work/life balance, awful data/systems management, executive turnover, lack of direction, hectic environment
gym on site
One thing that I like about working there is having a set schedule.
One thing I do not like about working there is the long hours but you get used to it.
My favorite perk about this job is getting paid bi-weekly because it helps me manage money.
Cool atmosphere and beautiful campus
No growth - little pay/pay increases - feeling stuck
The employees were a pleasure to work with. The work environment was nonhostile and uplifting
The management team was selfish. You are overworked and underpaid. Also, no matter how many hours you consistently worked (40+) they will not allow you to be considered as full time with benefits.
My favorite benefit was the 50% discount.
