Diverse group of employees. Good holiday and PTO benefits. Prioritizes task and goal completions over seat time.
Staff and budget reductions force remaining staff to work more hours without some tools that they should have.
During the summer, corp employees allowed to leave work at 02:00 pm on Friday
Lower echelons of leadership listen when issues with processes are raised.
Hiring a CEO who can properly assess and run the business and then get out of the way.
Nothing in particular. Interviews were remote over Zoom.
It's good.
Best part of the company is its diversity in corporate staff.
Helping business users find the answers to their questions about analytics.
You get incentive payout for how hard you personally work.
Leads get away with doing things that should get them fired. Favoritism and Retaliation if someone in leadership doesn’t favor you.
Being rewarded for the hard work you put in.
The people and the products. I love my team and I love what I sell!
There is no room for growth in my career. I am expected to do more with less from corporate.

Everything. The management is awful. They schedule you outside of your availability and schedule you on approved requested days off and expect you to find someone to cover the shift of it falls back on you.
The discount.
Lax dress code, gym on site, ability to influence decision making, freedom to choose work projects and move around company
work/life balance, awful data/systems management, executive turnover, lack of direction, hectic environment
gym on site
The employees were a pleasure to work with. The work environment was nonhostile and uplifting
The management team was selfish. You are overworked and underpaid. Also, no matter how many hours you consistently worked (40+) they will not allow you to be considered as full time with benefits.
My favorite benefit was the 50% discount.
