**Purpose of Role**
The role of Professional Affiliate Marketing will help manage the Affiliate program for North America. Key responsibilities include managing the relationships, communication and negotiation of marketing placements between affiliate partners (there are roughly 100 sales active and 200 click active partners per month). Assisting in management of the overall affiliate budget and how it will fit into the greater performance marketing budget. Working daily with our agency to ensure all marketing deliverables are met for our affiliate partners. Overview
The Mastercard Services Technology team is looking for a Lead in Data Engineer, to drive our mission to unlock potential of data assets by consistently innovating, eliminating friction in how we manage big data assets, store those assets, accessibility of data and, enforce standards and principles in the Big Data space both on public cloud and on-premise set up. We are looking for a hands-on, passionate Data Engineer who is not only technically strong in PySpark, cloud platforms, and building modern data architectures, but also deeply committed to learning, growing, and lifting others. The person will play a key role in designing and building scalable data solutions, shaping our engineering culture, and mentoring team members. This is a role for builders and collaborators-engineers who love clean data pipelines, cloud-native design, and helping teammates succeed.
The Role
* Design and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms using PySpark, Python, and modern data engineering practices.
* Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and fostering a culture of curiosity, growth, and continuous improvement.
* Create robust, maintainable ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate with diverse systems and serve business-critical use cases.
* Lead by example-write high-quality, testable code and participate in architecture and design discussions with a long-term view in mind.
* Decompose complex problems into modular, efficient, and scalable components that align with platform and product goals.
* Champion best practices in data engineering, including testing, version control, documentation, and performance tuning.
* Drive collaboration across teams, working closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
* Support data governance and quality efforts, ensuring data lineage, cataloging, and access management are built into the platform.
* Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve team productivity and platform reliability.
* Own and optimize cloud infrastructure components related to data engineering workflows, storage, processing, and orchestration.
* Participate in architectural discussions , iteration planning, and feature sizing meetings

All About You
* Years of hands-on experience in data engineering with strong PySpark and Python skills.
* Solid experience designing and implementing data models, pipelines, and batch/stream processing systems.
* Proven ability to work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially in data-related services like S3, Glue, Data Factory, Databricks, etc.
* Strong foundation in data modeling, database design, and performance optimization.
* Understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., Lakehouse, medallion) and data lifecycle management.
* Comfortable with CI/CD practices, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplift junior engineers-strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Step Functions, etc.).
* Experience with containerization and infrastructure automation (e.g., Docker, Terraform) will be a good addition.
* Experienced with integrating heterogeneous systems and building resilient data pipelines across cloud environments.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent hands-on experience.

**Purpose of Role**
The DTC Channel Activation Lead is directly responsible for driving physical retail KPIs across UA's Brand House (BH) stores. This role owns the seasonal Go-to-Market (GTM) activation planning process within the DTC marketing function and is a core member of the Brand House pod, ensuring every in-store activation ladders up to seasonal business objectives, product priorities, and brand goals.
This role bridges strategy and execution - translating financial targets, product stories, and consumer insights into clear, measurable activation plans that drive traffic, trial, conversion, and loyalty. The Lead is accountable for ensuring GTM activations deliver commercial impact while maintaining a strong, premium brand experience that connects authentically with the team athlete.

**Your Impact**
- Accountable for driving Brand House traffic, conversion, engagement, and loyalty acquisition through seasonal activations that have a direct, measurable impact on DTC commercial results and are tracked against retail business KPIs.
- Responsible for execution of activation plans across the BH fleet, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure delivery of best-in-class retail experiences

- Identify opportunities to use in-store activations to acquire new 16-24-year-old team athletes into the UA Rewards loyalty program.
- Develop retention-focused activations that drive repurchase and engagement from existing loyalty members.

**Purpose of Role**
The Global Network Security Engineer is responsible for proactively identifying security risks and incidents within Under Armour's Corporate, Retail, Distribution House, and Regional Data Center Networks. The Network Security Engineer will consume Threat Intelligence and integrate indicators of compromise (IOCs) relevant to corporate and cloud network defense.

+ Support network security design and architecture actions and initiatives
+ Work closely with our Network Engineering team in developing and deploying Infrastructure hardening, Firewall Solutions, Global NAC solutions, Wi-Fi Security and SASE solutions
+ Assist with the development, management, and maintenance of UA's Global Network
+ Assist with development and enforcement of network security policies
+ Maintain visibility and control of UA's global networking environment
+ Review network traffic for suspicious activity using network monitoring tools
+ Test and validate new network deployed hardware technologies

+ Support the vulnerability management and network teams with mitigations related to security vulnerabilities and patches

+ Engage and support security engineering and architecture needs for new enterprise projects
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience OR typically 9 years of relevant cybersecurity work experience without degree
+ Global Enterprise Network Security, Cybersecurity or Network Engineering experience
+ Working knowledge of popular Firewalls, NAC solutions, Network Intrusion Detection platforms and tools
+ Hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting
+ Hands-on experience with implementing and managing firewalls and security appliances
+ Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell
+ Working knowledge of common network security tools
+ Understands SD-WAN technology and has worked in an SD-WAN environment
