What will your job entail? As a Large Commercial Underwriter II, you are responsible for analyzing and underwriting business for Commercial Lines to meet Combined Ratio and capital metric goals. You will be responsible for a $15-25M book of business while developing a team of Underwriter I's and Underwriter Trainees. You will utilize your underwriting expertise to help determine risk acceptability, pricing, underwriting guidelines, developing positive agency relationships within assigned territories, auditing underwriting files and accounts and improving on underwriting processes.
