Qualifications What you need to have: 5+ years of high net worth personal lines E&S or MGA underwriting experience required. Must hold appropriate agent/broker licensing (specifically, P&C and SL Broker licenses in your home state and non-resident licenses in other states in which we do business) Ability to travel as needed, including overnight travel. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your communication style is flexible to the situation. You communicate clearly and with a purpose. A strong customer service bias.
