Job security
Constantly being overused, over promised and underdelivered. They screw employees out of pay constantly, decide they don't want to pay something, or last minute changes, significantly reducing pay. Ownership has tanked, the poor management team tries to hold the team together but constantly is thrown under the bus by the ceo and investors. Office team seams to be a giant cluster of incompetence. Field team tries its best to stay afloat, though undermanned and highly unmotivated when moral is at all time low across the board.

Regional management seem to actually value the employees, but are constantly thrown to the wolves by the ceo and investors, when employees are screwed over.
Stop screwing over your employees. Every employee under the CEO knows that the investors are just out for a quick buck and don't care for the employees
Quickly declining. The company used to be at the top end of the industry average, but quickly has fallen near the low end in order to secure investor profits. They have lowered standards that have allowed multiple competitors to quickly pick off employees and greatly increase turn around thanks to far less competitive rates.
