Foster a culture of customer empathy, technical rigor, and continuous improvement. Partner with Revenue leadership to establish hiring plans, training frameworks, and performance metrics for the team. Pre-Sales Execution Oversee all pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, technical presentations, architectural whiteboarding, and enterprise-grade demos tailored to industry needs. Support complex enterprise opportunities that require deep technical customization, integration strategy, scalability planning, and security assessments. Design and articulate solutions that leverage digital engagement, omnichannel delivery, video distribution, analytics, and platform APIs. Strategic Influence Serve as a technical authority and thought leader in digital signage, video streaming, employee engagement, and multi-channel communication platforms. Influence GTM and sales strategies through deep understanding of user workflows, vertical requirements, and technology ecosystem integrations. Experience & Skills Experience supporting customers in industries such as retail, corporate communications, education, hospitality, or healthcare. Familiarity with analytics platforms, content management workflows, video encoding/transcoding, or digital experience platforms (DXP). Ability to build scalable demo environments, proof-of-concept frameworks, and technical sales playbooks. Required Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for SaaS platforms, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in video distribution, streaming technologies, CDN architectures, digital signage, or enterprise communication platforms. Expertise with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), REST APIs, SSO/IdP systems (SAML, OAuth), and enterprise security/compliance requirements. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills-capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences. Demonstrated ability to drive pre-sales strategy in fast-growth environments.
