In this position, you will help support the maintenance of our technical solutions deployed in hospitals by providing front-line service to patients and staff. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to hospital patient and staff customers ensuring our services meet or exceed their expectations.
With a range of technologies from patient bedside TV to digital signage, to mobile apps and video conferencing, pCare by Uniguest creates personalized customer experiences in healthcare and hospital environments. Primary Responsibilities
Ensure that pCare's technical requirements are followed and customer satisfaction is achieved for all aspects of the service
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services
Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
Replace defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones)
Process computer documentation as needed
