**About You**
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Director of Paid Social to lead the development and execution of innovative media strategies. This leader will own substantial media budgets and play a critical role in driving acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social channels.
The Director will own performance strategy, guide a team of channel experts, and partner cross-functionally to deliver efficient, scalable growth for new customers. The ideal candidate blends data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of creative, audience, and platform nuances. They are both a player and a coach, comfortable getting into platform details while developing team talent and elevating our paid social practice.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Build and own Nutrafol's paid social strategy across core and emerging platforms, developing a best-in-class organization to manage, optimize, and grow a large-scale Paid Social program
+ Develop innovative strategies and testing roadmaps that balance efficiency, scale, and long-term brand growth

**Requirements** **:**
+ 8 - 10+ years of experience in paid social media management within an eCommerce company; DTC experience is preferred
+ 5 years of experience hiring and leading teams, including demonstrated success in mentoring and growing high-performing teams
+ Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop and at least one emerging platform (Pinterest, Reddit, or Snapchat); hands-on keyboard experience is required
+ Experience leveraging an MTA or MMM to drive new customer acquisition
+ Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau)
+ Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver on CPA targets
+ Excellent communicator, able to translate performance insights into strategic recommendations for executives

Position Summary:
The Customer Account Manager (HORECA/Travel & Leisure) will be responsible for developing solutions that align with customer needs across these segments, including securing new national partnerships, expanding current partnerships, driving regional execution, and managing budgets to deliver results that meet or exceed targets. This role will also ensure the definition and execution of National Account strategies for large, national hotel, restaurant, cafe, travel and leisure opportunities in close partnership with the Direct Sales team and National/Regional Distribution Partners as required. **About You**
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Sr. Director, Media Strategy & Analytics to lead the development and execution of innovative media strategies across upper- and mid-funnel channels. This leader will own substantial media budgets and play a critical role in driving brand equity, awareness, and consideration that ultimately complements and accelerates performance marketing.

Position Summary:
The National Accounts Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic key account plans (KAM) in alignment with the Nestle Health Science Medical Nutrition master business sales plan for large targeted National Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), affiliate groups and influential IDNs. This role plays a critical part in driving growth, optimizing contract performance, and expanding market share by aligning internal resources and customer needs across the healthcare continuum. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of strategic plans, execution and results -- identifying key measures of success, strong account management, RFP responses, negotiating contracts, managing trade budgets, analyzing market trends, forecasting sales in the IBP, collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Development, Pricing, Market Access, Supply and Senior Leadership.
