▪ To date, I have successfully led finance in start-ups (Series A funded Unilodgers, captive to PE funded Centum Learning) and in large company setting (USD 1.3 billion in Bharti Airtel, ICRA, AIG).

▪ I led finance for a USD 1.3 billion global business through complex transformation, building finance teams and simplifying internal business policies to dynamically change the organisation.

▪ In all my roles, the work required large amounts of resources (cross-functional teams) to be pulled together which was exciting to lead.

Vincenzo (Enzo) Raimo is a global higher education specialist who has held senior roles at the universities of Nottingham (International Director) and Reading (Pro-Vice Chancellor for Global Engagement). He also served as Director and Chairman of RUMAL Reading Sdn. Bhd., the University of Reading subsidiary in Malaysia operating the University's EduCity campus. Enzo was appointed Chief Relationship Officer for global student housing provider, Unilodgers, in October 2019. He retains his academic associations through a Visiting Fellowship at the University of Reading and as adjunct Professor of Global Higher Education at the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. Enzo is an expert on Transnational Education and the use of agents in international student recruitment. He is co-author of the guide ‘Managing international student recruitment agents' and articles in Studies in Higher Education 'Power and control: managing agents for international student recruitment in higher education' and 'Governance of agents in the recruitment of international students: a typology of contractual management approaches in higher education'. He was a member of the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) Council and Chair of the UCAS International Advisory Group. He has been been an invited speaker and trainer for international education associations in South Korea, Japan, Germany, the USA and the UK and a visiting lecturer on The Internationalisation of Higher Education at Kumamoto University, Japan. He has acted as an external adviser and consultant to numerous universities and Government departments in the UK, Italy and Ireland on international appointments, internationalisation strategies and TNE.

Shweta is a co-founder and a Managing Partner at Sol Primero. Prior to Sol Primero, Shweta worked with the restaurant discovery platform, Zomato, in the International Operations team where she successfully launched the business into several new geographies. She has 5 years of Investment Banking experience at UBS Investment Bank in their London office and has worked across both the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. Shweta earned an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
