THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY UNION COMMUNITY HEALTHCENTER ARE DESIGNED TO MEET THE SPECIFIC MEDICAL NEEDS AND PRIORITIES OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY, AND ARE ORGANIZED TO FACILITATE ACCESS TO BOTH GENERAL MEDICAL AND SPECIALTY HEALTHCARE SERVICES REGARDLESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S ABILITY TO PAY FOR SUCH SERVICES.
