The Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist serves as a system-wide resource and subject matter expert in clinical informatics. This role promotes evidence-based, best-practice workflows and drives efficiency through the adoption and optimization of clinical information systems. The incumbent leads and participates in the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical technologies, with a focus on integration within clinical workflows. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Informatics Practice

Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on performance improvement activities focused on efficiency, quality, and patient experience.
Process and Education

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Function:

Duties and Responsibilities:

The 7N inpatient behavioral health unit has 30 beds with an average length of stay under 8 days. The Senior Psych Social Worker will assist patients and families to define social, emotional and environmental needs and to enable them to recognize/utilize available resources to resolve needs by providing a full spectrum of social work service. In addition, they will be responsible for the coordination of care, family therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, individual therapy sessions, safety planning, discharge planning, admission biopsychosocials, timely transmission of transition records, compliance with federal and state mandates for aftercare planning, treatment team, and support with involuntary commitments including court hearing.
Work Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Works with the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to safely and expeditiously return the patient to the appropriate post-acute setting.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
One year experience preferred.

Schedule:

ChristianaCare is seeking a Cardiac Surgery Intensivist for a moonlighting opportunity to work in collaboration with our cardiovascular surgeons at the Center for Heart & Vascular Health at Christiana Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide daily clinical management for cardiac surgery patients in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. This is a shared 27-bed unit caring for both Cardiothoracic Surgery and Cardiology patients, with an approximate 12-15 surgical patient census.

CICU team includes interventionalists, advanced heart failure cardiologists, critical care physicians and experienced APCs.
ChristianaCare cardiovascular surgeons perform over 850 cardiac surgical procedures including 650 open heart surgeries annually.

Primary function:
