The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30 bed inpatient unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible. Teamwork is essential. This is a surgical inpatient unit for elective surgery, with a primary focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery. This unit also receives ENT & plastic surgery patients. About The Stevenson House The William Marion Stevenson House Detention Center is a lock-secure facility staffed for 55 pre-adjudicated male and female youth under the age of 18 years old. The facility is accredited by the American Correctional Association (ACA), a nationally recognized organization that sets standards for adult and juvenile correctional facilities. The Stevenson House offers several types of programs including: HIV prevention, pregnancy prevention, aggression resistance, and drug education. Certified providers offer medical, dental, and psychological services. Programming is individualized and prescriptive to meet the needs of the youth. Job Highlights Perform nursing assessments and collect data on adolescent patients on admission and sick call. Maintain required credentials of CPR, mandatory inservice education and required continuing education.
