Pros of working at Union Home Mortgage

The Code of Ethics is genius , but its not lived by the management staff. They preach it constantly, but very rarely practiced and that causes high turnover rates.

Cons of working at Union Home Mortgage

They lay it on thick by stating everything you would want to hear, but that's not the real picture. Employee turnover is really high. Contracts are given to employees that they are afraid of leaving to force them to stay and not be abe to work withinn a specific radius, if they leave. Crazy work hours, crazy timelines, and work completion timelines are not realistic. Also, pay is very low, so motivation is to hire college students that don't mind being paid lower is pushed. Company only wants to hear what they do well and not what they can improve on. They say they do , but it would not be in your best interest to tell them the truth. WAAAYYYYYY TO MANY MEETINGS! They meet no matter the role constantly. There is very little time to work during work hours.
