Other duties may be assigned. TOP 3 Job Duties: Provide WoW service to all clients from initial contact through the contract received Lead Follow Up Document review Collect client basic information, either over the phone or initiate through my UHM app. Request and review all necessary borrower documentation. Full review of all borrower documentation and follows up on additional information needed Maintains regular contact with the Managing Loan Officer on the status of all active files Attends weekly huddle with LOA Team Leader and all sales huddles Initiates contact with new leads and realtors and asks for an appointment to meet with the Managing Loan Officer Pull Initial credit and provide a list of required documents for pre-approval appointment and collect such documentation for the file. Add contract details to the loan file when the contract is received, including completing file contacts with the title company and realtor contact details Manage Lead tracker with communication for Team Meetings Double-check guidelines when needed with the UW helpdesk Acts as liaison between borrower and other third parties such as realtor, and title company in communication Qualifications EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 1-2 years in a basic Loan Officer Assistant role SKILLS Be structured, detailed and accurate in his/her approach to tasks Knowledge of the Encompass LOS and MS office suite Ability to identify and resolve client issues with good judgment. Have a desire to work in an energetic and high paced environment Skilled at Multi-tasking and staying organized with proper time management CERTIFICATES, LISENSES, REGISTRATIONS Loan officer Licence in the state you do business This employer participates in E-Verify. Servicing Intern: The Servicing Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of mortgage loan servicing. This role supports various operational functions including customer service, cash handling, document management, data entry and validation, mail processing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.     The post closer is responsible to accurately prepare loans for delivery to investors and/or servicers, track and clear file exceptions, and ensure that all loans are closed in conformance with underwriting/ compliance guidelines. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Timely upload of closing packages for audit and review by Investor for purchase * Review all mortgage loans for compliance by following QC checklist * Work with investors, UHM Partners, and title companies to obtain documentation required for loan purchase * Following up on document requests made or investor suspense requests to achieve loan purchase * Monitor tracking reports for funding and suspense items and escalate where needed * Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers * Keep up on post purchase and final doc requests
