Leadership: Train associates based on company's HACCP program, such as conducting hazard analysis, assisting in implementing HACCP plans and monitoring HACCP Plan. Verify and Review Quality Assurance Technician paperwork and execution of HACCP tasks Team schedule updates and coverage when needed. Compliance: Comply with all workplace safety, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program, and facility policy requirements. Comply company Good Manufacturing Practices, (GMP) Good Warehouse Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) SSOP), and Food Safety/Quality Management system standards. Administrative Duties: Accurately and completely document the results of required monitoring and testing activities and disseminate information as necessary.
