POSITION SUMMARY: The Mission Tracker Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the Mission Tracker client tracking system to ensure its effective use across all Union Rescue Mission facilities and programs. This role involves maintaining data integrity, generating reports, identifying trends, and supporting staff in the accurate and efficient use of the system. The analyst will work closely with program leaders and IT teams to enhance system functionality, streamline data processes, and provide actionable insights to support organizational decision-making.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate with the Vice President of Men's Ministry and program staff to define and align success metrics across all programs.
Apply knowledge of programs, databases, and best practices to support outcome measurement and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with program directors to ensure consistency in daily program goals and data tracking.
Manage the process for reviewing and approving Mission Tracker enhancement requests in collaboration with the IT Department.
Oversee implementation of system updates with IT staff, database administrators, and consultants.
Train staff on Mission Tracker use; develop user manuals and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Ensure database integrity and security through regular communication and process documentation.
Implement quality control processes for data entry and reporting.
Compile and report program statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
Design accurate and timely reports and queries; support tracking of outcomes and performance metrics.
Promote improvements in data systems, policies, and procedures to enhance reporting and program effectiveness.
Encourage guests in their faith and growth in Jesus Christ by promoting Christian virtues in all relationships throughout the Mission (Matt. 7:12, Eph. 4:2-3, Phil. 2:3-8), and by teaching and influencing guests (Titus 2:2-8) to love in unity for Christ and His kingdom (1 Cor. 13:1-7).

Maintains and oversees electrical, general, and preventative maintenance, and resolves immediate operational and safety concerns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Installation and maintenance of 9- Volt to 480- Volt Electrical Systems and equipment.
Maintenance activities include but not limited to equipment operational condition readings and adjustments, light bulb, and ballast replacement, plumbing repairs, preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and controls, filter replacements, general equipment lubrication, maintain machinery equipment and other materials, painting, locksmith work, basic carpentry, and construction.
Ability to read and understand drawings, diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Follow all applicable workplace laws, regulations, and standards, including the understanding and use of workplace chemicals, SDS/MSDS sheets, personal protective equipment, safe storage usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Document and record all completed work orders in a neat and organized manner.
Available to work extended shift periods, weekends, non-regular work periods, and/or holidays as needed, be "on call", and respond to emergency situations.
Must be able to travel to other business locations, as needed.
Must be able to drive a motorized vehicle (Forklift, Car, etc.).
Interacts with and works with contractors/ vendors who help operate and maintain the facility.
Responsible for maintaining department records and information as required by city, county, and state regulations.
Conduct Custodial duties, as needed.
Conduct other tasks and projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURES:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of related experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

The Senior Network Administrator/ Engineer is responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Union Rescue Mission's server and network infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identify, plan, and implement systems automation for increased efficiency and identify solutions to improve IT services.
Manage a Microsoft on-premises enterprise network.
Configure SNMP probes for all sites (ConnectWise Automate), monitor the detailed status of network devices and monitor and report the status of all UPS units.
Purchase, configure, and deploy Cisco switches (Cisco Network Assistant); use PuTTY to configure Cisco switches; and crimp, pull, and tone CAT5e/6 cables.
Monitor servers and desktop endpoint protection (Sophos).
Support all URM site needs as necessary by reviewing field infrastructure and proactively planning with Help Desk Technicians to ensure compliance.
Ensure that tickets for all URM sites are entered and managed in URM Incident Management System and completed in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization.
Troubleshoot incidents include but not limited to Desktop Applications, Networks, Internet connectivity, Voice, and Video.
Help manage RingCentral VOIP system (cloud based).
SonicWall: Configure, deploy, and monitor 40+ access points.
Unifi: Configure, deploy, and monitor 35+ access points and switches.
Fulfill LAPD video requests (Vitek Camera System) and maintain more than 100 video cameras (coaxial and POE).
