Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct an orientation training with newly contracted providers via a communication platform. - Analyze the first 5 to 10 submitted reports for newly contracted or reactivated providers on an individual basis. - Conduct report review sessions with providers. - Detect and summarize trends of errors in reports. - Conduct remedial retraining sessions with providers that have been identified as needing improvement in report quality by either VA, Medical Advisory Board or VES Leadership. - Provide in depth feedback on progress to providers via phone correspondence. - Evaluate and approve providers to open scheduling when appropriate. - Work closely in cooperation with the Quality Control, Scheduling, and Recruiting departments. - Ability to work a shift of 8:00am-4:30pm CST Monday-Friday required Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role.
