Peter Altabef (born 1959) is an American businessman and lawyer. He is currently the president, CEO, and Chairman of Unisys.

Dwayne Allen is a Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President at UNISYS CORP and is based in Tampa, Florida. Michael M. Thomson is Chief Financial Officer of Unisys. He joined the company in December 2015 and is today responsible for all of Unisys' financial functions including controllership, treasury, taxes, internal audit, systems, investor relations, M&A and corporate strategy.

In his capacity as corporate controller, Mike provides overall accounting leadership with worldwide responsibility for U.S. GAAP compliance, SEC and local statutory reporting, global transaction processing as well as the establishment of global accounting policies, controls and corresponding governance.

Prior to joining Unisys, Mike served in various accounting and financial reporting roles for over 25 years across a diverse set of business operations. He most recently served as principal accounting officer and controller of Towers Watson & Company, a global professional services company which offers consulting, technology, and solutions in the areas of benefits, talent management, rewards and risk, and capital management. Mike advanced his career with Towers Watson performing various accounting roles in which he was responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of all financial information systems and SEC and statutory reporting.

Prior to Towers Watson, Mike was Director, Financial Reporting and Financial Systems for RCN Corporation, a provider of digital cable television, internet, and voice services to residential and business customers. He also served as Director, Financial Reporting for The Pep Boys and Firm Accounting Supervisor for Morgan Lewis.

Mike holds a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Philadelphia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
