What success looks like in this role:

* Drive development of an assessment's framework
* Partner closely with Architecture & Standards to remain up to date on their standards program
* Planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring planned assessments

What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the Global and/or local Delivery of Services provided by Unisys to a particular account or group of accounts.
  • Responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of the contracted services where success criteria include meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA), cost, governance, performance, quality, innovation, continuous improvement, and value requirements through the effective interaction with the related service lines, solutioning groups, partners and the client.

  • Be the primary onsite contact point for all matters relating to day-to-day service delivery including ongoing services supply/demand alignment and Service Tower performance management

• Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers • Provides maintenance and support on legacy products • May Provides Support for Enterprise Products • Performs disk replacement on enterprise storage products • Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals • Supports network products from operational and maintenance perspectives • Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required • Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications • Provides follow-up on problems or escalation. • Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. • Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. • Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system

You will be successful in this role if you have:

•High school degree required • 6 months to 1-year hands on technical experience • Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school with applicable field service and/or other related technical experience. •Bachelor's degree or Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic and/or military technical school with applicable field service and/or other related technical experience. •A+ certification a plus • Specific Manufacturer certification as required. I, i.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS • Specific Manufacturers certifications as required. I.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. COMPTIA, and NETWORKPLUS • Troubleshooting software and hardware problems • Knowledgeable in servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocol, internetworking, configuration, and possess advanced PC support capability. • Ability to test and certify PC, networks, servers and client /Unisys approved software applications and associated peripherals • Knowledge of client specific internal procedures and service delivery requirements • Excellent analytical and client communication skills • Client and/or governmental clearance may be required •Microsoft Server Certified Professional Certification or minimum 2+years of experience in server handling/break fix •Police or criminal background verification may be required

What success looks like in this role:

* Provides point of contact for Configuration Mgmt, Hardware and Software process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings such as Weekly Asset & Configuration Mgmt meeting (weely/monthly). • Ensures contractual service support requirements are understood and managed. • Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel and customers. • Collaborates with other team members to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, and continuous improvement. • Presents operational and service level reports and explains service level support available to internal or external customers for client supported. • Compiles, analyzes and reports statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. • Provides training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that process guidelines are understood and followed. • Reviews incident, problem, change and request aging and work with resolver group members to ensure compliance with process guidelines • Conducts workshops as required to identify, assess and address process deficiencies, ensure common understanding of process intention and operation, and ensure organization and individual associates understand SLA's and how they contribute to client service expectations • Reviews trend analysis to conduct Proactive Problem Management and eliminate reoccurring issues related to Configuration, Hardware Asset and Software Asset compliance, integrations, and Discovery• Works closely with Service Delivery Managers to proactively monitor SLA performance and report on them accurately
