Prior, Alex worked as a bank regulatory attorney at a global law firm and in senior positions at technology startups.

Alex has spent his career at the intersection of technology, finance, and law as an advisor, attorney, and investor in financial services & other regulated industries.

He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management, and a B.A. from Boston College.

Alexander Basovskiy is a Technical Lead and Chief Data Scientist at Unit and is based in Kiryat Motzkin, Haifa District, Israel. He has worked as Software Engineer at Leverate, Senior Software Engineer at Muvix Media Networks Ltd., and Senior C# Developer on Server Team at Cellebrite. Alexander attended Orel State Technical University (OrelSTU) and Tula State University between 1996 and 2001.

Amanda Swoverland is the Chief Compliance Officer at Unit. Previously, Amanda was the Chief Risk Officer at Sunrise Banks. Amanda holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Minnesota State University.

Joe Oehmke is the Chief of Staff at Unit. Previously, Joe was a Principal at Promontory Financial Group. Joe holds a Doctor of Law from the Duke University School of Law.
