Jason Pigott joined Laredo in June 2019 and currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Pigott has more than 20 years of experience in the energy exploration and production industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President - Operations and Technical Services for Chesapeake Energy where he led all drilling and completions operations, digital operations, supply chain and land efforts. Prior to joining Chesapeake in 2013, he was with Anadarko Petroleum for 14 years, serving in positions of increasing responsibility, focused primarily on onshore unconventional play development in the Eagle Ford Shale, Haynesville Shale, Delaware Basin and various tight-sand plays in East Texas. Mr. Pigott holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Mr. Jeffrey R. Olmstead has been Chief Executive Officer, Director of Mid-Con Energy GP, LLC, the General Partner of Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP. He has been Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner effective August 1, 2014. Mr. Olmstead has been a member of the board of directors of Mid-Con Energy III, LLC and President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of directors of Mid-Con Energy IV, LLC since June 2011. Mr. Olmstead was a member of the board of directors of Mid-Con Energy I, LLC and Mid-Con Energy II, LLC from 2007 until both entities were merged into the company in December 2011. Anthony Petrello, also known as Tony, has a significant role in the development of Nabors Industries which started as Anglo Energy, Ltd. in 1968. Anthony Petrello is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale University. He acquired J.D. degree from Harvard Law School. From Yale University, he acquired BS and MS degrees in Mathematics. Anthony's professional journey began in 1979 when he joined the law firm, Baker & McKenzie. From 1986 to 1991, he held the position of Managing Partner of the firm's New York office. In 1991, he joined Nabors Industries as Chief Operating Officer. In 1992, he also became the President of the company. In 2003, he became the Deputy Chairman of Nabors Industries and held this position until June 2012. In 2011, Anthony became the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
