Monitor client flow and communicate with clinicians regarding appointment status. Handle emergencies or escalations calmly and appropriately, following organizational protocols. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution Greets and registers visitors Informs employees of the visitor's arrival, and directs visitors to appropriate meeting room. Answers and transfers phone calls, or relays messages. Collects and distributes mail. Schedules meetings or interviews, and arranges for conference rooms or makes other logistical arrangements as required.
