Pay-Rate: $25.50 - $26.00/hr Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm Position Overview As the Office Services Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of operational and facilities-related duties, including: Collecting, scanning, and distributing daily mail and overnight deliveries Assisting with large copy and print jobs, inserting tabs, binding documents, and preparing three-ring binders Posting outgoing mail and preparing for pick-up (familiarity with USPS Registered and Certified Mail is preferred) Coordinating vendor pick-ups and deliveries, including Overnight Mail, Shredding Company, and Water Delivery Assisting with videoconference and Zoom meeting setup in conference rooms Supporting the IT Department with onboarding (setting up desktops/laptops and loading software on newly issued phones) Set up and break down conference rooms, ensuring uniform table and chair arrangements, proper adjustment of blinds, and full stocking of supplies such as pens, pencils, and notepads. Assist with catering setup for meetings and events as needed.
