Key Responsibilities:
1. Functional Expertise:
Act as domain authority for Front Office (trading/execution) and Middle Office (trade validation, P&L, risk, and position management).
Monitor trade lifecycle from order capture to confirmation, ensuring timely trade enrichment, validation, and exception handling.
Support intraday P&L, risk, and exposure reporting for equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
Oversee trade allocation, confirmation, and limit checks, working closely with FO and BO teams.
2. F2B Testing & Transformation Leadership
Build high-quality test scenarios: TLC in Investment Banks, Test Scope Definition, Test Case Review & Approval, Data Setup
Test Data Log Validation (End-to-End Traceability). Use test data logs to, Prove end-to-end data lineage, Support defect root-cause analysis, Detect silent integration failures, Support audit & regulatory readiness
Ensure logs are actively used during: 1. SIT, 2. UAT & 3. Go-Live & Hypercare
Lead SIT/UAT/NFT/Regression cycles.
Conduct daily defect triage & functional signoff.
Nearest Neighbour Testing (Data Accuracy Under Change)
Previous experience in large testing programs would be a plus.
3. Automation Governance & Ownership
Strategic oversight to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle time
Drive automation for critical integration points such as, API-based data exchanges, Trade Lifecyle events, Reconciliation workflows & Batch/EOD validations

PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
Mercy First partnered with ACS to establish a new Clinical Support Program to serve families experiencing challenges with unmet clinical needs in the borough of Queens. The Clinical Support program is an interdisciplinary team of licensed clinicians and support staff, all of whom support families navigating challenges in the areas of mental health, addiction, and IPV. The Clinical Support team works with CPS Teams and/or directly with impacted families to ensure optimal service delivery. The team assists with family engagement approaches, with assessing/screening for the most pressing needs, and with identifying and facilitating connections to relevant resources.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide needed specialized substance abuse knowledge including assessments and screening to determine if specialized treatment is needed as well as recommend the most appropriate treatment such as whether in patient or outpatient is most applicable to improved family outcomes. Collaborating with the Clinicians, the CASAC contributes to providing well rounded assistance for IPV when substance use disorders are a contributing factor.

The CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor) will report to the Supervisor and will hold a minimum of a related bachelor's degree and be a fully credentialed CASAC.
Has a deep understanding of and working knowledge of assessing substance use, its relation to trauma, environmental factors and IPV; the capacity to make informed recommendations, based on assessment and the available treatment modalities; and a strong working knowledge of substance use and its impact on individuals, families and communities, in a culturally informed approach with families from diverse backgrounds
Familiarity with navigating electronic platforms such as Connections for documentation reviews.
The ability to process and document high volumes of assessments, evaluations and collaborate throughout the interdisciplinary team, as well as with ACS staff and families.
As with all Child Welfare related positions, this role will require a robust background check, and a clean driving record is encouraged.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CASAC will assess and recommend treatment modalities for families that work with ACS staff.
Document their efforts on electronic platforms such as Connections and ensure follow-up on community referrals.
Work with the interdisciplinary team and ACS staff to ensure efficient workflows that will support families in a comprehensive with a client centered approach and in a trauma informed fashion. This might include meeting families in the community if needed and attending all meetings (in-person and virtual), that can facilitate positive outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities
Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with an upbeat attitude and warm, inviting smile-whether in person or over the phone-while answering or directing inquiries and efficiently checking in patients.
Delivers a high level of customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction, optimizing provider time, and maximizing treatment room utilization through accurate appointment scheduling in person or via phone.
Manages scheduling operations with a focus on growth, including maximizing provider availability and treatment room usage.
Maintains on-time patient flow by promptly notifying clinicians of patient arrivals, monitoring service delivery against the schedule, and alerting providers of any delays.
Receives and processes incoming faxes promptly, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
Performs accurate data entry into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, including patient information, treatment plans, and updates.
Generates reports, logs, and lists, including financial reconciliations and patient retention tracking, with a high level of accuracy.
Ensures co-pays are tallied, reconciled, and manages credit extended to patients.
Sets up new and returning patient cases in Theraoffice, including obtaining and verifying demographic and insurance information.
Contacts treating physicians to obtain updated prescriptions for Occupational and Physical Therapy treatments and obtains Plans of Care, updating the system accordingly.
Assists patients during therapy by applying heat packs, paraffin dips, helping into pools and onto equipment, monitoring exercise, and guiding through prescribed routines.
Educates patients on proper equipment use and exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Prepares patients for therapy treatments by providing comfort, assistance, and reassurance.
Provides information to patients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and alleviating fears with empathy and professionalism.
Maintains patient confidentiality and protects sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies.
Maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
Performs light cleaning duties including laundry, treatment table turnover (cleaning and sanitizing), and garbage disposal to ensure a hygienic treatment area.
Prepares treatment rooms by sterilizing and delivering equipment and supplies, positioning equipment for therapist access, assisting patients on equipment, and following prescribed protocols before patient arrival.
Answers calls from physicians, hospitals, and patients, demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
Maintains physical therapy supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Performs other duties and assignments as required to support clinic operations and patient care
