Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi or OneSite) preferred. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed. Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position at the assigned apartment community.
