The Operations Associate handles assigned daily, weekly, or monthly reconciliations for Internal DDA and/or General Ledger Accounts for manager review. Comply with Bank's policy and procedures for clearing outstanding reconciling items. Handling of Remote Branch Capture exception transaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Retrieve statements by mail, email, downloaded from web sites or FIS General Ledger reports from IS View.
* Compare debits and credits transaction of previous day, week or month from the General Ledger and/or statements and list outstanding items.
* Research and identify outstanding items for proper notification to Department or individual responsible for clearing.
* Prepare transactions for clearing corresponding Bank and 3rd party vendor entries.
* Demonstrate ability to communicate with appropriate personnel.
* Cross-training of other duties within the department as assigned.
* Research and clearing of Deposit Corrections.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Essential Functions:
* Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
* Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.

Job Summary: As a member of the Mortgage team, Mortgage OperationsSpecialists have a critical role in providing a knock-out customer experience (KOCE) and ensuring that our customers are our first priority. Mortgage Ops Specialists are the critical support during peak cycles for our Intermediate Mortgage Specialists and Processors. Primary responsibilities include communicating with and ordering accurate documentation from third party vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Order flood certification and USPS address certification
Prepare accurate initial disclosures and deliver to borrower(s) within 3 days of TRID application date
Review pipeline daily to confirm all disclosures have been disclosed to meet TRID timing
Validate eDisclosed, but no eSigned loans and send hard copy disclosures in compliance with regulations
Determine type of appraisal to be ordered and order through Appraisal Firewall or ResidX
Communicating accurate order information for title, order survey as needed
Follow up on appraisal and title orders to ensure received in a timely manner
Order insurance declaration pages with mortgage clause for subject properties and request REO insurance costs
Order all written and verbal verifications of employment, mortgage, rent or deposit as needed for timely loan approval
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma
1 year in real estate or banking related job
Dependability, ability to organize and prioritize, and work independently
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person and frequently over the phone
Multi-task, problem-solve and research areas for required documentation with high attention to detail
Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Previous loan operations, loan processing or mortgage department experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The contributions you will make:
This position serves internal and external clients by administering, processing and making new loan and lease request decisions within the Scorecard program. Onboards loans and establishes lease requests by determining eligibility and compliance to policy. Collaborates with internal team members and Agri-Access Lending Partners to provide a sound, efficient and timely credit decisions.
Scorecard Analysis.
Processes loan and lease requests for scoring and approves or declines using Compeer's model, Decision Management Platform (DMP).
Determines and enters YBS, farm involvement, and industry codes for Salesforce loan set-up.

GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the review and accuracy of the HDMA loan data required to be collected and reported in accordance with the Bank and HMDA regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for accuracy and integrity of the data collected and reviewed that is reported on originated mortgage loans, as well as non-originated applications (denials, withdrawal, approved but not accepted applications).
Scrub and audit file loan data to uncover any systematic problems, discrepancies, or data integrity issues.
Perform second line reviews on Bank Purchase Loans.
Work with various mortgage operations team members as well as other areas of the Bank to correct data within the loan origination system (Empower) or on the LAR.
Identify commercial HMDA reportable loans; prepare manual HMDA LAR by working with various commercial lending units.
Report any potential concerns about non-compliance with HMDA regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly HMDA excel reports that will be submitted to the Compliance Department for LAR reporting.
Meet monthly deadline for HMDA data required on the Loan Application Register (LAR).
Perform other tasks which may be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: College graduate with major in accounting or business preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years of mortgage lending and banking experience with good knowledge of lending regulations. Knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) is preferred.
Skills/Ability: Strong analytical and research skills; strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to adapt well to a fast paced and constantly changing business environment; PC proficient at the expert level; demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment; bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

**Job Summary:**
The Business Insights Specialist is responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value.
