The Beer Picker position requires an associate to meet hourly performance goals using an assigned ipod that instructs the associate to go to an assigned location to scan and build pallets according to customer's needs, using power equipment. The Beer Picker appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures. Associates should be flexible to perform other functions such as inventory control, shipping & receiving, and returns.
Qualifications
Must be18 years or older
Six months of warehouse experience in a similar position strongly preferred
Six months of experience operating an electric pallet jack required
Experience in operating a cherry picker, forklift, and other power equipment preferred
Responsibilities
Maintain hourly performance goals
Receive daily assigned ipods with preloaded customer orders
Scan and verify the quantity, size, and product type using the Company's technology
Transport completed customer beer orders to the quality control area for accuracy verification
Ensure all loads are properly stacked, secured, and stable
Stage confirmed pallets and verify pallets that failed the Quality Control audit
Replenish products within a location using the Company's Technology and power equipment
Perform and submit a daily power equipment checklist to the appropriate manager
Report in writing any safety or mechanical problems with the power equipment
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Conduct operations and maintain the facility in a neat, clean, orderly, and safe manner

The Beer Loader is responsible for weighing the pallets, verifying the correct weight of the pallet, and loading them onto the route truck. Beer Loaders must be able to move at a fast pace, accurately read labels, and identify routes while handling cases without breaking them and while using a power industrial truck. He or she meets standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace. Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned according to the assigned workstation.

The Route Assistant Intern assists drivers in the delivery of products to customers in a manner that meets customer requirements. The Warehouse Area Manager Intern will be responsible for observing a team of Warehouse associates, ensuring that all products are correctly and efficiently stocked and rotated, including managing product availability and receipt, and ensuring the product is available and customer orders are completed each night. The Delivery Route Assistant assists drivers in the delivery of products to customers in a manner that meets customer requirements. The Route Check-In is responsible for accurate validation and recording of returned products to the Warehouse by delivery personnel. Returns goods to proper Warehouse storage locations for efficient management of inventory. · Ensure that all Red Bull marketing initiatives are executed correctly and are in line with the national strategy set forth by Red Bull North America.
· Other duties as assigned by the GA President and Red Bull Brand Manager.
Additional Position Requirement:
Travel throughout Georgia Markets. Some overnight travel required as well.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B. S.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training within a Red Bull wholesaler or with Red Bull North America directly; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
