The Beer Picker position requires an associate to meet hourly performance goals using an assigned ipod that instructs the associate to go to an assigned location to scan and build pallets according to customer's needs, using power equipment. The Beer Picker appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures. Associates should be flexible to perform other functions such as inventory control, shipping & receiving, and returns. Beer Loaders must be able to move at a fast pace, accurately read labels, and identify routes while handling cases without breaking them and while using a power industrial truck. He or she meets standard productivity goals daily and appropriately handles all materials following company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure workplace. Specific duties and responsibilities will be assigned according to the assigned workstation.
