Pros of working at UGL

Good hours. Most positions are 1st shift. Decent benefits, but have eroded through the years.

Cons of working at UGL

Subpar pay. Don't expect the pay to match industry standards. There are pay raises, but, in many cases, the are at or below cost of living.

UGL benefits

401 k match and profit sharing. So far, management has embraced WFH for eligible positions.
