Content Strategist Job Summary We're seeking a Content Strategist with a strong foundation in structured content, metadata, and component content management systems (CCMS) to help shape and operationalize Crown's global content strategy. Preferred Qualifications • Experience authoring structured content using XML or DITA, including topic-based authoring, content reuse, and conditional processing. • Hands-on experience with a CCMS, such as AEM Guides, Ixiasoft, SDL Tridion Docs, Heretto, or Paligo. • Familiarity with content modeling, taxonomy development, and metadata management. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with content authors and owners, technical and product teams, localization, and other stakeholders to define and implement content solutions. Strong understanding of HTS classification, valuation, and country of origin rules. Experience with customs audit processes and post-importation adjustments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in customs management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective auditing practices and strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification. Experience with bonded warehouses and foreign trade zones (FTZs).
