As President and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Pollock leads DentaQuest, the second largest dental benefits administrator in the United States, and the largest for Medicaid. Pollock has been with the organization since 1999, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer, with oversight for all business segments. He is also a member of the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. He is a former Board member of Oral Health America, a national organization dedicated to improving oral health. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a certified public accountant in Ohio. Pollock holds a B.B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Mr. Christianson has thirty years of experience leading divisions of Fortune 100 companies and in improving mid sized companies that provide SaaS health information technology, revenue cycle management, disease management, and third party administration services to payers, providers and employers. Phil previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Payment America Systems, Focused Health Solutions, RealMed, and Corporate Benefit Services of America, leading each to differentiated and improved services for employers, payers, physicians and hospitals. All four companies were sold to strategic investors. He also lead divisions of The Walt Disney Company and United Health Group. Just prior to joining HealthSmart, Mr. Christianson acted as an advisor to and investor in related health services and information technology companies. Phil earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Southern California, a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo
