The last time I interviewed was in 1995. An appointment was made and I took my resume for my potential employer to review. I am sure the resume layout has changed in the last 29 years!

I feel UHC's compensation falls slightly below industry average.

I think they are well represented

There is nothing that I do not like about working here. I could appreciate a 15 min bump for lunch. Otherwise, no complaints.

I like everything about the company. Parking wasn’t the best, but that had nothing to do with the company.

I enjoy working remotely.

Their internal policies are not in line with their values, and they pay extremely low. Furthermore their benefits are not competitive with similar organizations.

Working remotely is the only perk or benefit that I can say UHC offers.
