    Lead Primary Care Physician / Associate Medical Director We are partnered with a mission -driven community health organization seeking a Board -Certified Primary Care Physician to join their team in a leadership -track role as an Associate Medical Director, with the opportunity to transition into Medical Director. This role is 100 percent onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, providing full -scope primary care while supervising and developing providers within a collaborative team environment. Job Description The Associate Medical Director delivers comprehensive primary care and provides leadership to physicians, APPs, nurses, behavioral health staff, and medical assistants. This individual will treat medically and socially complex patients, including those with chronic disease, substance use disorders, infectious disease, and behavioral health challenges.
