Ambrose Mugisha, Ph.D is an International Project Environmental Engineer / Chief Technical Advisor at UNDP and is based in Dili, Dili District, East Timor. He has worked as National Programme Officer for Population and Development at United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Research Fellow at Tropical Biology Association (TBA) and Earth Fellowship Courses, and Deputy Executive Director at BirdLife International. Ambrose studied at Swiss Management Center (SMC) University between 2009 and 2012, Nkumba University between 2002 and 2004, and Makerere University between 1992 and 1995.

Dr. Andrew Rylance is a technical expert in environmental economics and sustainable financing. He is currently the UNDP Acting Head of the Environment, Energy and Climate Change portfolio and the UNDP Chief Technical Advisor on Sustainable Financing of Protected Areas in Papua New Guinea. He has 15 years of experience working in Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Asit Biswas is a Chief Engineer at UNDP and is based in Djibouti.

Charles Callanan is a Chief of Staff at UNDP and Director - South Asia at UNOPS and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as Head of Logistics - Iraq Elections, Baghdad at UNOPS; Regional Administration / Logistics Officer at United Nations; and Infantry Officer (Reserve) at Australian Army. Charles attended Royal Military College, Duntroon; UNSW between 1994 and 1997; and MIT Sloan School of Management between 2012 and 2013.

Elena Tischenko is a Division Chief at UNDP Headquarters and Chief of Division at UNDP and is based in Cambodia. She has worked as Country Director at UNDP and UNDP programme adviser at Headquarters.

Henri MASHAGIRO is currently Governance Programme Advisor within UNDP Mali. Before this, He worked as chief technical advisor/rule of law and human rights advisor with UNDP Côte d’Ivoire since January 2018 and chief technical advisor and chief of unit Governance and Rule of Law within UNDP in Burundi for almost three years. He worked also as Justice Project Manager within UNDP in DR and as Project Director within the American Bar Association, Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) in DRC.Thus he has extensive experience in Governance, peace consolidation, peace, rule of law. Mashagiro is a lawyer and member of the DRC National Bar Association since 2007. He holds an advanced degree (Masters) in Public Law from the University of Goma (DRC) and have completed Human Rights and International Criminal Law courses with the Human Rights Development Initiative (HRDI) in collaboration with University of Pretoria (South Africa), Institut International des Droits de l’Homme de Strasbourg (France) and with the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation (IJR) in Cape Town (South Africa). He has lectured at the Faculty of Law of the University of Goma since 2005.

Head Of Asia Pacific Policy and Programming at United Nations Development Program with a demonstrated history of working in development international affairs and peace and transitional countries. Skilled in International Relations, Nonprofit Organizations, Management, Strategic Planning, and Program Management. Strong operations professional with a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD focused in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from George Mason University.

Jenny Chow is the CEO of InnoTech Strategies Company Ltd., a FinTech company focused on leveraging emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, REST APIs, and Blockchain, on helping clients navigate the rapidly changing regulatory environment around FinTech. She is now a committee member of InnoTech Committee of Law Society of Hong Kong and is the lead of Education Committee of RegTech Association of Hong Kong.

This year InnoTech’s subsidiary, Regflags has begun to launch its one-stop solution to support the real-time review of AML, KYC, and KYB. This one-stop solution has reduced the review process around these areas from a few months to a few seconds. In 2021, Regflags aims to develop it's offering to include using blockchain technology and alternative data to support financial service firms to create new financial products and services. In the past few months, the Regflags has secured a partnership with a major Hong Kong airline to promote these solutions throughout the Asia specific region.

Her success in creating FinTech solutions for the market is the result of her extensive experience as a practitioner in the field of securities laws and compliance, including roles as a member of the drafting team of the Securities and Futures Ordinance in Hong Kong and C-suite executive of Mainland Chinese investment banks.

In recognition of her achievements, Jenny Chow is now working under United Nations as the Chief Compliance Officer of its SDG Innovative Finance and reporting to the UN on digital finance and the application of FinTech and RegTech. Additionally, over the past ten years, she has been selected as a trainer for different organisations in the finance field. These include the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, providing insight into various aspects of best practice, regulatory compliance, ethics and code of conduct, AML and sanctions, regulatory trends, financial crime prevention and governance risk. She has reviewed the professional ethics courses for the bankers and the banking industry.

My career spanning almost 20 years has mainly been in financial and audit/advisory services. I have worked for PricewaterHouseCoopers (Nairobi and UK), Bear Stearns Investment Bank (NY), GE Capital (CT and Syndey) and Davidson Kempner Capital Management (NY). Am currently the Global Head of Treasury Accounting and Reporting at UNDP in NY.
