Customer Experience Ops Specialist monitors, enforces, and supports execution of the division operations standards for the front end, bookkeeping and pricing departments in assigned stores. This role is a liaison with the store leadership to ensure these department standards are being executed, including cash controls, customer experience, front end and pricing operations. Job Responsibilities: * Travels and documents visits to assigned stores working with the front end, bookkeeping and pricing teams to ensure that standards meet specified outcomes. * Works with leadership to roll out new programs throughout the store and ensure program execution. * Demonstrates understanding of store priorities and can anticipate changes. * Partners with Department Managers and store leadership in all aspects of department standards and customer experience. * Monitors use and frequency of Cub Hub to ensure training objectives are being met and teammates are receiving all company communication. * Teach, train and coach front end, bookkeeping and pricing leads. * Ensures proper tracking of donations, community involvement, and house charges. * Develops and maintains training programs that will ensure the availability of qualified associates to fill respective departments positions in the company. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and previous Department Manager experience preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate others. Physical Requirements: * Position requires travel to stores 80% of the times including rotating weekends. * Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office or store environment. * Incumbent may need to stand for long periods of time. * Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and manage a maintenance department qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient working condition. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition. Ensure that equipment operates within the specifications and tolerances established by the equipment vendor/manufacturer. Develop objectives and standards of performance for activities and projects within the maintenance department to meet departmental, divisional, and corporate goals and objectives. Execute an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime. Serve as an escalation point of contact for emergency maintenance requests. Consult with engineering and management regarding desirable modifications of existing equipment and the possible replacement of existing equipment which will improve operations and reduce maintenance costs. Analyze cost studies of proposals for new equipment. Make recommendations to management. Plan and provide for an adequate supply and ensure control over spare parts and maintenance supplies. Implement cost-reduction measures to control expenses that impact the operating budget for repair, utility, pretreatment, and maintenance. May be involved in developing the capital budget. Keep management aware of all matters that impact equipment and facility performance. Remain current with the latest and emerging industry regulations and codes relative to mechanical and electrical systems design and operation. Develop procedures and policies for the maintenance department. Oversee department schedules to maximize both preventive and repair services, while minimizing unnecessary overtime expenditures. Manage assigned employees, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance management. Understand and effectively apply work rules, union contract provisions (if applicable), and employment policies. Administer discipline consistently and fairly. Work with Human Resources and plant management to resolve employee grievances.
