What does it mean to be a part of the Order Selection team?
In this fast-paced role, you are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will operate motorized equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
* Inspects assigned equipment for safety issues.
* Identifies the correct pick location, Master Case locations, and pick sequence in accordance to the order.
* Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPC's or item descriptions.
* Places pick labels on the side of the cases.
* Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop and other required information.
* Stages pallets in appropriate bay and builds a stable and well cubed pallet.
* Immediately informs a supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats, any violation of company policy, keeps area clean and debris out of work area.
* Operates pallet jack/pushcart in a safe and efficient manner.
Position Requirements:
* Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
* Lifting objects weighing from less than 20 to 60lbs consistently.
* Occasionally pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.
* Must have the ability to work in various temperatures from -20 to 80 degrees.
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct timely and thorough investigations into company losses, threats, theft, workplace violence, and other sensitive matters, and coordinate with Human Resources and Legal as appropriate. Completing timely and thoroughly documenting AP/security incidents into written reports and the case management system.
* Conduct on-site security assessments and provide recommendations to reduce or eliminate risk exposure/gaps for DCs and domicile locations; participates in security planning for company events (warehouse, office, and transportation environments) and works with DC leaders to implement these recommendations and strategies.
* Serve as AP department liaison and security management subject matter expert to promote and execute company-wide security policies and training to safeguard people, product, and property due to threats, theft, vandalism, or disasters.
* Assist with managing the security equipment at each company DC and domicile, including security cameras and monitors, alarm systems, electronic door access control, and other technology to protect associates and physical assets.
* Develop strong partnerships with DC stakeholders and law enforcement to help develop and investigate leads and serve as a company representative during court proceedings when necessary.
* Hire, train, and manage Asset Protection Partners (when applicable) and assist with more complex security issues and investigations.
* Train and orient management and supervisory associates in security protocols and Workplace Violence Prevention, including Emergency Action Plan management regarding active threats.

Participate in a cross-functional, team environment as a key member of the implementation team responsible for global design, realization, implementation, and support of all ERP applications utilizing JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne,eRMSand various other Dairy Brands applications. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Partner with users and implementation partners to plan, conduct, and direct analysis of business problems to be solved within a JDE/eRMSenvironment and work with the technical team to translate business requirements into technical design specifications
* Maintain system integrity by following proper testing and documentation procedures using tools-based testing and transport systems. This includes unit, integration, and regression testing of configuration and programming changes
* Provide support to the power user network within the business unit to insure all business process and technology are current and consistent
* Coordinate the power user network to ensure all user documentation and training materials are current utilizing all available technology tools
