What does it mean to be a part of the Equipment Maintenance Mechanic team?
In this role, you are responsible for all repairs and ongoing maintenance of the equipment and company vehicles that our associates operate daily. You will maintain and order supplies/parts as needed while also providing recommendations to repair and replace equipment to ensure proper functioning. You will conduct regular inspections and assist in developing a preventative maintenance schedule. In this team, you work directly with all departments within the facility on any equipment maintenance needs that may arise.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide recommendations to repair or replace poorly functioning equipment
* Efficiently prioritizes repair schedule to ensure an uninterrupted production schedule
* Troubleshoot equipment problems to include brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctions
* Provide improvements required to ensure compliance with safety regulations to DC and safety team
* Ensure that department is appropriately stocked with part and tools needed to perform their job
* Undertakes actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc., on equipment for preventive maintenance purposes
* Replace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or request replacement parts for major repairs
* Modifies and tests equipment to improve systems' uptime and reliability
* Updates and reviews daily maintenance requests
* Follows all safety policies and procedures strictly
* Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* 2+ years of technical maintenance or related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
* 1-2 years of on-the-job experience with electronics and mechanical equipment
* Machining and fabrication experience helpful
* Understanding of Safety guidelines
* Able to read and understand blueprints and technical reference manuals.
* Understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures
* Excellent mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work well independently
* Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available
Physical Environment
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
* Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operation
* Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures
* Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment
* Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties. Ability to operate work related equipment
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

About the Role:
We are seeking a Specialist, Customer Service & Fulfillment to serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT. • Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment

About the Role:
Our Green Bay, WI, facility, a manufacturer of quality pickles, is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist. The Senior Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing the implementation of quality systems and compliance programs that uphold food safety, product quality, GFSI, customer and regulatory standards across the enterprise. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. This role will collaborate with internal technical and non-technical teams, as well as external partners, to manage documentation, provide regulatory guidance, and support site audits and continuous improvement efforts.

Manage manufacturing compliance documentation in alignment with federal, state, and internal standards.
Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of food safety and quality programs and policies.
Provide regulatory and manufacturing compliance guidance on emerging issues and industry standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert in regulatory and GFSI compliance.
Support internal and external audits, conducting both desk and on-site reviews as needed.
Lead or support the resolution of quality-related issues including customer complaints, product holds, and deviations.
Oversee or contribute to training development, including quality and food safety training content, and help manage the Learning Management System.
Support implementation and maintenance of systems such as Document Control, SPC, GFSI, HACCP, Preventive Controls and other quality initiatives.

About the Role:

- Ensure compliance with multidisciplinary groups and EHS programs in accordance with federal, provincial, state, local regulations and internal standards to drive continual improvement and an incident free work environment.
- Assist with safety related regulatory compliance issues, as well as assisting with updating and implementation of company and divisional safety policies/standards.
- Support analysis, preparation and maintenance of mandatory /regulatory safety and environmental reports/records through EHS&RM Data Management System.
- Maintain Plant SDS Program using Site-Hawk or other designated programs.
- Update and maintain PPE Records.
- Support Worker's Compensation loss control programs and related reporting requirements.
- Maintain Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Instructions for all machinery plant wide via Brady Lock Pro or other designated programs.
- Assist with updating and revising Plant Safety Programs if necessary.
- Ensure injured employees receive appropriate medical care in a timely manner by accompanying them to Medical Provider Visits. (WorkMed, Hospital, etc.)
- Participate on Safety and Environmental Divisional Meetings.
- Act as resource to EHS Manager concerning on-site injuries and illnesses.
- Co-Coordinator of the Plant Safety Committee.
- Support Environmental, Health and Safety Policies and Practices.
- Lead Safety and Environmental issues in absence of EHS Manager.
- Update and audit LOTO Procedures on all equipment annually.
- Ensure all First Aid Supplies are always stocked sufficiently.
- Become First Responder Certified every 2 years.
- Ensure all AED's are tested and compliant on a monthly basis.
- Provide Safety Portion of New Hire Orientation.

About You:

- Minimum education required: Associate degree in Scientific, Engineering or technical discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Trained subject matter expertise familiar with OSHA/EPA regulations.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
o Knowledgeable in OSHA's Process Safety Management and/or EPA's Risk Management Plan Standards.
o Technical EHS skills: behavior-based principles, engineering, hazard recognition, risk assessment and worker compensation administration
o Supporting site leadership and employees in achieving zero health and safety incidents annually.

About the Role: The Material Handler position at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Operate standard and non-standard counterbalance lift equipment, turret truck lift equipment, pallet wrap equipment, weight scales, battery changing equipment, and other equipment as needed
Train for the use of warehouse management system including the operation of computers, scanners, and printers.
Support production lines by delivering production materials and moving finished product and scrap to the appropriate areas
Important Details:
This is a full-time role starting at $24.77 per hour + $0.55 shift differential. Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm.
