Who exactly are UPS Warehouse Worker/Temporary Cover Drivers?
They work inside as a warehouse worker and when needed, they're the ones who drive our familiar brown trucks, bringing packages great and small to our customers. They're a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy being outdoors, fast-paced work, and being behind the wheel!
While functioning as a temporary cover driver, also known as TCD, you will be required to:
Work 8 - 10 hours each day (Monday through Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday)
Have excellent customer contact and driving skills
While functioning as a warehouse worker you will:
Typically work 3 ½ - 5 hours each day (Monday through Friday) or (Tuesday-Saturday)
Be required to work your assigned shift (based on operational needs)

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Negotiation and Closing
Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure new business.
Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively.

Willing to travel.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is $55.860,00/year to $97.800,00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance. Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:
Assist with calls from and to customers.
Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
