As a Collections System Project Manager, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services uninterrupted. Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, you'll have the opportunity to manage the operation and maintenance of the collection system, and all essential components as outlined in the contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates, and directs the maintenance, operations, and repair of wastewater collection systems including pump stations, solids and floatable facilities, sewer and catch basin cleaning, vehicles, and other components associated with our system.
Familiar with operations of a combined sewer system, managing combined sewer overflows (CSO's), and reporting to NJDEP.
Supervises field and shop operations, and coordinates field work with other departments.
Supervises the maintenance of work records and certifies field repair logs, if needed.
Manages the CMMS system to ensure work is completed on time, and maintenance activities are properly documented.
Prepares comprehensive progress and work reports and time and cost reports as required.
Consults with subordinates on matters of workloads, requests, records and reports, and priority assignments. Develops work programs and budget estimates for the department.
Plans, assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of staff; assists with the hiring and training of new employees.
Requisitions material, tools, equipment, and contractors, as needed, for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the collection facilities; supervises and directs contractors and crews; reviews and approves invoices for payment.
Establishes safety precautions against occupational hazards. Understands traffic control measures for field work.
Receives and investigates complaints and requests from the public regarding sewer service. Diagnoses operating problems and directs effective corrective procedures.
Performs related work and other duties as required.
Performs inspections of storm water detention systems and FOG systems (Fats Oils, and Grease).
Performs emergency response duties as necessary, which also includes communications with customers and the public agencies.
Familiar with CCTV inspections and reporting, and sewer improvement projects.

The salary/hourly range is $113,200.00 - $146,664.00. The salary/hourly range is $113,200.00 - $146,664.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. Depending on an employee's assigned worksite or location, Amtrak may consider a geo-pay differential to be applied to the employee's base salary. • Develop specific, measurable, and testable support-related materiel requirements or parameters based on required logistics, operational performance and readiness requirements.
• Assess the effects of new or modified materiel systems on existing and projected support manpower and emerging support concepts and doctrines.
• Ensure that integrated logistics support (ILS) considerations are incorporated into all materiel system requirements documents and integrated into the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan.
• Asses logistic considerations in the evaluation of alternative system support and system concepts, to include the concept of contractor support.
• Determine supportability testing issues in coordination with the materiel developer (MATDEV), tester, evaluator, logistician, and other program participants and inform the MATDEV, logistician, and other program participants of changes affecting current ILS program plans.
• For systems modifications (spiral development), be able to establish support conditions and requirements for initial operational capability (IOC) data in coordination with the MATDEV and gaining MACOMs. Initiate and conduct ILS reviews as appropriate.
• Maintain Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security information repository.
Education and General experience:
• 5-7 years of recent relevant Logistics experience
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• The candidate must be willing to travel 25% in support of business needs.

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an H-47 Subject Matter in a matrixed project office responsible for developing and applying hardware/software modifications to the H-47 platform and conducting problem solving. Influences engineering design to improve performance, increase reliability and lower life cycle cost. Reviews Engineering Change Proposals and provides recommendations to the Project Leads and Cargo Configuration Control Board. Identifies and documents issues during meetings/TELECONs/briefings and recommends solutions. Coordinates with representatives from other Government organizations to scope, plan and monitor projects. Develops and staffs logistics support plans for review. Participates in logistics schedule development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works directly with Modernization Project Leads to develop logistic requirements and ensure that support strategies meet goals for operational effectiveness and readiness.
Participates in Technical Interchange Meetings with Contractors, resolving issues and determining the relative importance and interrelationships of key logistics events.
Identifies and assesses logistics impacts at subsystem and system-level design reviews with goals of improving mission reliability and reducing supportability requirements and the logistics footprint.
Reviews Statements of Work for supportability requirements and facilitates cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to identify/define requirements and develop contract language.
Conducts technical evaluations of Contractor proposals and makes recommendations to the Project Lead and Contracting Officer.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. Education and General Experience:
10-15 years experience supporting maintenance/logistics for CH-47F with a Bachelor of Science in a related field.
Experience reviewing engineering drawings, parts lists, and models to verify logistics product accuracy,
Understand Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Modification Work Order (MWO) processes and participate in related technical and program meetings.
Experience developing or providing requirements for Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and Contract Data Requirement Lists.
Good knowledge of working within IETMs.
Lead and participate in meetings, taking the initiative to integrate members from other organizations as necessary and incorporate their unique input and requirements. Use facilitator skills to resolve conflicting stakeholder viewpoints and develop acceptable solutions.
Brief customers, Branch Chiefs and higher officials as needed.
Interact and coordinate with Government Contractors, other Government organizations and functional groups within and external to Cargo.
Serve as an approver in TopVue for Contractor deliveries, responsible for coordinating deliveries to ensure complete review.
Travel as needed to support various program, test, and verification events.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Travel: Must be able and willing to travel up to 15%
