This is a non-static, career-track role designed for officers who want consistent hours, higher pay, and a clear path into supervisory and management positions. Senior Flex Officers learn multiple sites, backfill Supervisors and Field Training Officers (FTOs) when needed, and work directly with branch leadership. This role offers 40+ hours when operational needs require, special assignments, and accelerated professional development.
