AHF is currently seeking a FieldService Rep to support the Home Depot account. Under the guidance and supervision of the AHF NSA General Sales Manager, this position is accountable for supporting the NSA sales team in achieving or exceeding budgeted sales, volume/mix, and profitability targets with Home Depot and HD Supply. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast US near a major airport. This is a home-office based role offering a car allowance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides proactive and professional assistance to defined Home Depot stores, HD Pro and HD Supply managed accounts.
Develops and conducts training for the Home Depot and HD Supply organizations in the areas of selling skills, product knowledge, technical information, installation, as well as company policies and procedures.
Is the key point of contact for day in day out questions and leads the effort to develop tactical store relationships.
Successfully executes new product launch initiatives.
Builds, maintains, and refreshes in-store displays / merchandising.
Provides inventory consultation and special-order sales assistance.
Handles customer claims with resolution.
Communicates and implements pricing, marketing programs/promotions, and initiatives to drive the business.
Executes the sales call process and accurate job tracking via Hub Spot (sets the stage, fact finds and listens, presents total AHF value, manages objections and finds solutions).
Regularly makes joint sales calls with the Director of THD/HD Supply Sales and management personnel with the primary emphasis to close business.
Assists the THD in the yearly business planning process by establishing sales, marketing, service, and financial objectives and, with the Director of Sales, conduct quarterly review sessions regarding the yearly plan.
Monitors and evaluates the market and activities and products of the competition. Identify SWOT and develop plan to address issues/problems/opportunities.
Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or equivalent retail / merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years previous sales experience, preferably in the flooring and/or building products industry.
A strong track record of achievement.

Summary/Objective:
The Boiler ServiceTechnician will be responsible for the servicing, troubleshooting, repairing cleaning, and maintenance of heating and cooling equipment and related systems for commercial / industrial customers.
Essential Functions:
Service boilers and equipment for commercial / industrial customers
Troubleshoot, test, repair, maintain or modify heating systems and equipment including, but not limited to, high pressure steam, low pressure steam, and hot water systems
Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications requested by customers
Prepares on-site installation and repairs - examining building layout, anticipating challenges, identifying materials and coordinates on-site work
Document, complete, and maintain paperwork on each job
Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Required:
3+ years of relevant experience cleaning and servicing boilers in a commercial / industrial environment; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
4+ years of practical experience in general HVAC work
Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical control systems
Understanding of fuel oil, natural gas, and propane
Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Must adhere to all company policy and procedures
Must be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned
The work environment and physical demands required would be representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and may include, but are not limited to the following:
Work Environment:
May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness
May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels

The Role:

Bonitz, Inc., an Employee-Owned Company, is seeking a commercial floor care fieldtechnician. This position is responsible for providing professional level floor care maintenance to our commercial. Duties include but are not limited to: maintaining carpet, and resilient floors, cleaning of equipment, and bringing value to the customers to upkeep the life of the floor.

Position Essential Duties:
Ability to speak with and interact with subcontractors and field associates.
Deliver superior service to all customers, going above and beyond expectations
Attend organizational needs regarding occasional meetings
Prioritize to meet all deadlines, and timeframes internally and for customers
Clean and return all equipment to "inspection ready" on a daily basis
Notate and bring awareness of any issues discovered while on job
Ability to follow instructions and verbal direction
Education/Experience and Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Ability to figure things out with little to no direction, self-starter
Must be able to multi-task, good time management skills
Attention to detail, prioritize and organize workflow
Strong written and verbal communication
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
3+ years' experience as a floor technician preferred. Willing to train right applicants.
Professional appearance and disposition
Ability to work with initiative and independence, as well as team environment.
