Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred
* Three years of sales experience
* Strong planning, problem-solving, organizational, communication and negotiation skills
* Diligent attention to safety
* Certification in Competent Person Training and Confined Space
* Knowledge of construction, trench safety or related equipment is preferred however, candidates with comparable industry experience, strong sales acumen and record of achievement will be considered
* A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
This role includes a base salary and monthly commissions based on performance.
A minimum monthly guarantee incentive is provided during the onboarding and learning process.
This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.

Summary
The Customer Service Representative I position work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management, while utilizing excellent customer communication skills. Summary
The SPARK Program team will be part of the IDEX Fire & Safety sales group with roles:
Qualifying leads and driving pipeline for Akron, Hurst, and Hale; Directly selling specific products available on our website to customers; Ensuring customer satisfaction through onboarding, training, and best practices. Our SPARK program trainees wills be part of a top sales training program from the SPARK leadership team and other mentors and leaders in the organization. The SPARK team's primary objective is to activate and convert leads into opportunities, help with customer onboarding while building skills to transition to other positions within IDEX Fire & Safety.
Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Sales
+ Qualify and follow up on web and tradeshow leads to drive pipeline.
+ Sell products directly to customers through the website, ensuring an easy seamless purchasing experience.
+ Pass qualified leads to dealers or outside reps and follow up to ensure closure.
+ Track and report sales activities using Salesforce and Revenue.io.
Customer Service Excellence
+ Conduct follow-ups with E3 and Captium customers post-purchase to provide best practices and ensure successful product use.
+ Help train customers on products like Firelink and E3 Connect, ensuring they are set up for success.
+ Send customer surveys post-training and use feedback to improve service and product.
Program Coordination and Collaboration
+ Participate in live product training, mock demos, and systems onboarding for Hurst, Akron, and Hale.
+ Collaborate with SPARK leadership and outside/inside Fire & Safety reps to align on sales strategies and selling best practices.
+ Provide SPARK feedback to improve our program processes and tools for future classes.
Performance and Growth

Qualifications

The SPARK Program team will be part of the IDEX Fire & Safety sales group with roles:
Qualifying leads and driving pipeline for Akron, Hurst, and Hale; Directly selling specific products available on our website to customers; Ensuring customer satisfaction through onboarding, training, and best practices. Our SPARK program trainees wills be part of a top sales training program from the SPARK leadership team and other mentors and leaders in the organization. Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Sales
Qualify and follow up on web and tradeshow leads to drive pipeline.
Sell products directly to customers through the website, ensuring an easy seamless purchasing experience.
Pass qualified leads to dealers or outside reps and follow up to ensure closure.
Track and report sales activities using Salesforce and Revenue.io.
Customer Service Excellence
Conduct follow-ups with E3 and Captium customers post-purchase to provide best practices and ensure successful product use.
Help train customers on products like Firelink and E3 Connect, ensuring they are set up for success.
Send customer surveys post-training and use feedback to improve service and product.
Program Coordination and Collaboration
Participate in live product training, mock demos, and systems onboarding for Hurst, Akron, and Hale.
Collaborate with SPARK leadership and outside/inside Fire & Safety reps to align on sales strategies and selling best practices.
Provide SPARK feedback to improve our program processes and tools for future classes.
Performance and Growth
Monthly commission payout with opportunities for bonuses and tiered commission structure.
Continuously improve through weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and monthly performance check-ins.
Uncapped Compensation. In addition to bonuses tied to customer experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a B2B environment.
Strong interest in sales and customer service.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively and positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
