As a Fence Installation Driver at Reliable Onsite Services, you will deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing equipment in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. You will deliver install, remove, and/or repair of temporary fencing equipment while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining an open line of communication with dispatch.
What you'll do:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Safely operate a fencing truck daily, ensure proper load securement
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles, ensure safe and correct operation
Perform pre-use and post-use inspections on any fence installation tools to ensure their safe and correct operation
Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment/materials, restocking as necessary for future installations
Meet with the customer to review assigned fencing projects prior to installation and follow-up as required throughout installation project
Prepare customer job site for fence installation
Set fence poles, install fence, and pull fence with appropriate tools and to customer specifications
Coordinate the work of the Fence Installation Associate, routinely inspecting work progress
Train Fence Installation Associate on safety protocols and proper fence installation techniques
Repair temporary fencing units at job site as requested by customer
Provide onsite moves, and pick-up/delivery of fencing as requested by customer
May operate forklift for loading and unloading of fencing truck, moving fencing equipment/materials on company property, or at a customer job site
Other duties as assigned, may assist as necessary with other Reliable OnSite Services rental equipment offerings
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalency
A valid driver's license and clean driving record, ability to drive day or night
1 year of truck driving experience required (CDL license is preferred), DOT medical card must be obtained prior to commencing employment
2 years fencing and/or construction industry experience is preferred
Diligent attention to safety and knowledge of safe driving procedures
Ability to locate and understand utility markings, and follow requirements for underground utility safety (training provided)
Ability to operate a forklift (training provided)
Excellent customer service, communication skills and positive attitude
Ability to mount and dismount trucks multiple times daily
Ability to frequently lift, move, push, pull, twist, and turn items up to 45 pounds, and in excess of 45 pounds with assistance
Work effectively in all weather conditions and customer work environments
Some weekend work may be required

The Senior Resource Coordinator is a pivotal position to the District Operations Center's success. **What you'll do:**
**In this position you will:**
- Acknowledge all purchase orders, obtain proper insurance certificates, assure terms and conditions are presented to customer, and send order acknowledgements to customer/distributor
- Communicate with Contracts if legal review is required
- Reconcile all purchase orders/BidMan orders to align with Scope & dollars quoted
- Open & maintain orders on system to include tracking & reconciliation of associated costs for projects/jobs against quoted scope.
- Act as Buyer for project and obtain quotes to purchase/order project materials & test equipment via oracle Purchasing and/or vista interunit orders.
- Confirm labor & material costs & invoice orders via Oracle Project Costing
- Schedule and organize field service personnel for all customer jobs within the district for optimal cost & training opportunities
- Act as Neg Apps when necessary and provide quick quotes for emergency work and/or field repairs
- Accounting/Financials

- Assist the Business Operations Manager with Risk Review and Forecasting Analysis
- Provide world-class customer support and build positive relationships with internal and external customers

**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
· Minimum Associate's degree from an accredited institution or in lieu of degree military experience
· 5+ years of experience with cost accounting and or strong financial experience including but not limited to, invoicing, AP/AR, PO, and billing of materials.

The Project Manager (PM) holds a crucial position within the Customer Establishment division. The PM's primary responsibility is to interact directly with clients and facilities, preparing them for the on-site deployment of CensiTrac. This role involves leading and collaborating with the Censis team, while guiding each facility through the project delivery cycle of implementation. The PM is accountable for ensuring project tasks are completed in a timely manner while remaining on budget. This encompasses reporting on the progress and completion of implementations, while maintaining a high standard of quality. Effective communication with all other departments is a fundamental aspect of this role, requiring robust interpersonal and communication skills. The PM must demonstrate the ability to work cohesively within a team setting, as well as independently, to deliver solutions punctually.

**Specific Responsibilities:**
- Accountable for forecasting and providing updates on the status of ongoing and completed projects
- Acts as the primary liaison for allocated projects
- Oversees, directs, and coordinates tasks assigned to the project team
- Manages the preparation and delivery of all client-related deliverables
- Preserves the scope of the project
- Ensures a high quality of implementations
- Creates a positive and enthusiastic environment for the company, team, and product
- Conducts demonstrations and in-services for clients as required
- Collaborates with the Implementation Manager to arrange client training schedules

- Provides internal support to other departments as needed or assigned; performs other duties as required

Summary
During the 12-week HOH fellowship, you will get hands on experience of the day-to-day operations within our Supply Chain Division. You will be tasked with managing all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.
Essential Functions
Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
