As a Sr. Systems Analyst - Corporate Apps, you will analyze business requirements; analyze, design, develop and test of enhancements to IT systems with a heavy focus on Infor FSM Cloudsuite tools and provide systems support.
What you'll do:
Solicit, assess and prioritize user requests for system enhancements. Write business and technical requirements for development
Discuss desired changes with business units and prepare business and technical requirements accordingly
Architect and define sustainable and scalable solutions for design, development and implementation
Oversee development and implementation of system enhancements, inclusive of internal as well as third party resources
Act as the technical point of contact for a broad range of topics from users, ranging from simple to complex
Analyze and validate user errors or issues

Provide response and/or resolution to issues, engaging IT resources as needed
Work with external vendors to support integration builds

Test new or modified application functionality, verifying business and technical requirements. Work with business leads to complete user acceptance testing
Perform tests to avoid performance issues, including any effects from system development
Provide ongoing support to ensure integrations continue to meet business needs
Implement reporting tools and analysis to support site governance and provide business owners with analytics
Create and maintain technical documentation including: support knowledge base, data sources, data flows, application logic, enhancement/issue logs, hardware/software architecture, Information architecture, Standard Operating Procedures, DR plan, and other project documents
Follow and research industry trends and performs best-practice research to support project goals

1. Technical Expertise & Application Support
* Act as Caldera's subject matter expert on RIP software, color management, ICC profiling, workflow automation, and file preparation.
* Conduct live product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and ROI-based presentations tailored to customer environments (Signage, DTF, Textile and other printing segments prioritized).

* Support territory and account planning in coordination with Business Development Managers and OEM teams.

* Translate customer challenges into commercial solutions, demonstrating tangible value and ROI.
* Contribute to deal structuring, negotiation, and pricing strategy in alignment with Caldera HQ commercial policies.
* Collaborate with Marketing to execute local campaigns, webinars, and trade shows showcasing Caldera's workflow and automation capabilities.
* Track activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce, ensuring visibility of all ongoing deals, training sessions, and customer engagements.
3. Customer Success & Retention
* Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and renewal of subscription customers.
* Analyze customer usage data and workflows to identify upsell opportunities (modules, driver packs, PrimeCenter bundles, additional seats).
* Conduct regular health checks and optimization sessions with key accounts to reinforce value and reduce churn.
* Ensure a high NPS/CSAT score through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Product Management and R&D to provide structured feedback on feature requests, localization, and competitive differentiation.
* Participate in printer driver validation and beta testing to support OEM releases and ensure compatibility across hardware platforms.
* Align with global sales and technical teams (US, EMEA, APAC) to maintain consistent product positioning and knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in wide-format printing, RIP software, workflow automation, or color management.

Summary
The Group Manager Logistics I manages the overall financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts. This individual is responsible for the profitable retention and growth of business within his/her span of control (multiple accounts), while ensuring that financial, employee, safety and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Essential Functions
Goal setting, skills assessment, IDPs, career development, performance evaluation, on-going employee feedback. disciplinary actions. Warning Documentation (performance/disciplinary reviews). Performance Improvement Plans for CLS. Identify situations that needs to be elevated to the director.
Developing direct and indirect reports. Relevant HR Skills Training information. Providing on-going employee feedback. Conducting quality and effective selection of qualified personnel. Maintaining corrective staffing levels to avoid unnecessary use of outside labor.
Creating location processes and maintaining SCLM. Cross-training of CLS and CLC.
Customer satisfaction/problem resolution. Review of KPI tracking and improvement. Ensure that all staff is trained in Transportation/Distribution Management.
Improve employee retention. Reduce number of accidents against previous year. Ensure that unnecessary overtime is reviewed and reduced. Collision/Team Safety Reporting follow up with LM. Supervisor First Report of Injury reporting follow up with LM.
Recommend location process initiation and/or improvement and assign responsibility to CLC/CLS. Conduct on-going self-audits of location processes and individual accountabilities.
SOX invoice reconciliation to FFM designee (if highest level at account). SOX revenue recognition preparation FFM designee (if highest level at account). Invoice to customer.

The Commercial Counsel will help own and drive commercial contracting, sales execution and strategic partnerships, serve as a trusted advisor to the company's sales team, and advise the commercial legal team on legal matters related to ServiceChannel's operations, sales and partner contracts, and sales and channel contracting processes. This person will also assist with vendor contracting. This position is a great opportunity for the right attorney to deploy their knowledge and drive value across a global organization while gaining valuable legal and business experience.
The Commercial Counsel position is a remote position, but some travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, review and/or negotiation of new contracts, renewals, terminations and amendments for the various types of contracts referenced above.
Serve as a trusted advisor to various business units regarding contractual interpretation, rights, and dispute resolution.
Establishing template contract documents for the various types of engagements that ensure a consistent application of company best practices and compliance, particularly in areas such as insurance, service level agreements and subcontractor utilization will be a priority
Working directly with sales and business teams, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling inquiries.
Identify legal risks, develop mitigation strategies and counsel internal clients with respect to legal risks and mitigation strategies
Requirements
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of any U.S. state bar
Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with drafting and negotiating software and/or technology contracts
The ideal candidate will have extensive data licensing, software-as-a-service and professional services contracting experience. In-house experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience with data privacy matters, such as data processing agreements, strongly preferred.
Possess strong written (with attention to detail) and oral communication skills.
Must be team-oriented and have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
Customer-oriented interpersonal skills, excellent business judgement and a proven ability to excel working with multiple clients.
