Overtime is always available
Highly dangerous work environment, Large degree of disparity from management to order selectors, Lack of empathy, very stressful, very much a profit over people culture
Overtime
They advance from within, but still possess a disconnection from the laborers. The income is very too heavy. The sweat is very much on the backs of the laborers.
Safety, better equipment, better pay, lower turnover rate (currently 70%). This is NOT a long term career. And if you accept employment, you will most likely be injured at some time during your tenure.
Reading about their history, and asking others who have worked there.
Union is higher. There will likely never be unionized labor at US because of the employee benefits including safety and equipment standards. They also bring in 30+ visa workers from the southern border once a year and will typically reduce their everyone's hours. I recommend taking notice of the vehicles in the parking lot.....porsche, Audi, bmw, etc driven by management....very too heavy income structure at US
