For 40 years, George has been a leader in the New England Security Market. From his first 12 years in proprietary Healthcare Security where he served on the board of the Boston Chapter of IAHSS to recently, where he served as Chairman of the Boston Chapter of ASIS International, George has always given back to the industry. George has been servicing Boston & Cambridge area lab and life sciences clients since 2007 and grown USI into one of the largest security providers in this market. George is considered one of the preeminent security practitioners in our industry and has developed an extraordinary resume with Proprietary, Local, Regional and National Executive oversight of security teams from 50 to 5,000 professionals. As a Partner for USI, George offers our customers an exceptional level of experience and a distinguished record of accomplishment.

Prior to attaining the title of Assistant Chief of Security, I was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police man. I have worked countless cases, conducted several interrogations as well as interviews, trained in report writing, evidence gathering, detention and apprehention of suspect's as well as countless other necessities involved in law enforcement. My current goal is to become a police officer with the certification of an EMT and later on a Paramedics license.

Gary Hawkett’ security experience spans over forty (40) years and includes Law Enforcement, Corporate and Contract Security roles. After a 15-year career with the Metropolitan Police (Scotland Yard) London, UK. Gary came to the USA and worked in senior corporate security/safety position for National and Regional Entertainment companies. He then worked for several National Security companies in Senior Executive positions overseeing contract security operations with revenues of over $90 million.

Joining USI in 2010 Gary’s focus on Customer Service and Employee Development helped to distinguish USI’s brand, operational effectiveness and service offerings. In his role as Regional Vice President, Gary oversaw contract security operations in several states working with managers on service delivery, employee relations and operational efficiency. In his current role as RVP Government Operations, Gary is responsible for oversight of USI’s Government business across multiple states and has been instrumental in the growth, restructuring and contract compliance of this growing business sector

Kevin Rothstein is an Assistant Chief of Security / Account Manager at UNITED SECURITY, INC. and is based in Union City, New Jersey. He has worked as Mortgage/ Occupancy Inspector at Self-Employeed; Atlanta, Ga. General Manager at Waffle House; and buyer/ merchandiser at Us Seafood. Kevin studied at Union County Fire Tech.
