    The EHSS Officer is responsible for protecting employees, property, and company assets by monitoring security systems, including CCTV, access control, and dispatch operations, as well as conducting physical patrols. This role responds to all safety and security-related calls, investigates incidents, and prepares detailed reports on findings. The officer collaborates with internal departments on safety and security events and works closely with Human Resources and Legal to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. Patrol Duties - conducting routine patrols on the premise to deter theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities. Respond to calls/incidents for assistance from departments on campus. Access Control - entry/exit points and Surveillance Monitoring operating CCTV systems Incident Response and Investigation - respond to and document safety incidents, near misses, security breaches, alarms, and suspicious behavior. Respond to alarm calls on campus while communicating to emergency services. Respond and provide medical assistance to all medical emergencies and administer First Aid/CPR Report Writing - documenting safety/security incidents, observations, and daily logs. Maintains situational awareness, focus and responsive readiness in a dynamic environment. Safety Inspections - inspect facility, equipment, and work practices to ensure compliance. Emergency Preparedness - respond to alarms, evacuation drills, first aid readiness, and communicating with emergency services. Coordinates with Emergency Services and Law Enforcement to ensure timely response and effective communication during incidents and routine operations. Other duties as assigned. Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am, Variable Requirements Keying/Typing, sitting, standing, walking. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs, moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Constant mental and/or visual attention; the work is either repetitive or diversified requiring constant alertness in an office and warehouse environment. The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of the job. Compliance with company attendance standards. FLSA status: Hourly- Non-Exempt Continuous walking 10-15 miles per shift, stand for periods of time in different environments, frequent running, climbing, occasional lifting up to 30lbs, and occasional bending.     Job Description Type: Full Time Overtime Exempt: Yes Reports To: ARMADA HQ The IP Security Specialist stationed at each base listed above, shall provide program management and be responsible for the performance of all work associated with the contract, at their respective base and will respond to requirements set by the PWs and local requirements. IP Security Specialist or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily execution of this contract. The IP Security Specialist or alternate shall be readily available during normal duty hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel (designated by the CO) to discuss problem areas. After normal duty hours, the IP Security Specialist or alternate shall be available within 3 hours for this purpose. Duties & Responsibilities: Management Full authority to act for contractor on all contract matters relating to daily execution of this contract. Onboarding Support ARMADA by monitoring and facilitating the process related to Clearance Verification, badging, clearance briefing, NDA, and other onboarding requirements. Ensure all new hires properly complete all required ARMADA and Client specific training. Weekly Attendance Submit weekly attendance by due date / time. Performance Evaluations Annual performance evaluations are completed for all full-time employees and the Onsite PM will be notified approximately a month prior to the review date. QA / QC Review the contract specific ARMADA QA / QC plan. Ensure services are performed in accordance with the SOW and strive to continuously improve task execution over the life of the contract. Monthly Reports Support Transformational Business Practices governance process. Assist with developing, reviewing, and submitting monthly reports to the client as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in leading multiple divisions as well as experience working across departmental silos to accomplish missions. A high level of energy, the ability to work in a self-directed manner, and the ability to perform under high stress environments is required. Successful experience in the management of highly complex projects and activities involving the engagement and collaboration across a wide spectrum of diverse functions is required.
