**Primary Purpose**
The Equipment Specialist performs routine work in the repair and general maintenance on various pieces of equipment including restrooms, sinks, holding tanks and showers. This is position is also responsible to ensure that the yard is cleaned and organized.
**Essential Functions**
+ Check, wash, repair, paint and store toilets, containers and other company materials.
+ Use steam cleaner and/or pressure washer for cleaning assets (toilets, sinks, etc.)
+ Keep wash pad area clean and organized.
+ Check and clean water-recycling system daily.
+ Inform Supervisor/Manager of material used throughout the day.
+ Report any problems found on equipment throughout the day to Supervisor.
+ Completely check and repair units before delivery and upon return.
+ Conducts general facility maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
+ Assist with the retrofitting of special or high-end units.
+ Follow United Site Services safety rules: utilizes protective clothing and equipment, reports safety hazards and incidents to supervisors.
+ Uses forklift for loading and unloading assets (toilets, sinks, etc.)

**Salary Range**

Locksmithing: Basic repair or replacement of door hardware including closers, locks, and cylinders.
Support room configuration (e.g., moving chairs/tables) for meetings/events or based on business needs.
Supports receiving and distribution of packages, mail, and deliveries.
Other facility/operations/maintenance duties assigned, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or trade school graduate.
Must have at least 2-5 years maintenance experience.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site Maximo subject matter resource for day-to-day operations

Translate operational requirements into actionable tasks and priorities for delivery teams

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience working with IBM Maximo in a delivery or operational capacity
Strong understanding of enterprise asset management (EAM) systems and processes

Ability and willingness to work on-site full-time in Fort Worth, TX
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Summary
The Field Service Technician will repair, fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment, both in-shop and in the field; also, system troubleshooting, field alignment and equipment start-up, maintain company vehicles and shop equipment, accurately and professionally complete all field tickets and job reports.

Qualifications of the Field Service Technician include, but are not limited to:
3-5 years pump experience
Experience with rotating equipment repair
Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
Must be willing to work off-site as well as the shop
Experience with vibration and alignment tools
Must have your own hand tools
Must have good communication skills, professional appearance and technical aptitude
Responsible to complete all tasks from installation, startup, scheduled maintenance, functional & performance testing, training, project closeout, and warranty transition
Check all equipment after installation and prior to start-up of pumps and associated equipment within the allotted time and in a professional manner
Get service tickets signed by appropriate company representative before leaving location
Works with customer to understand equipment issues, troubleshoot and diagnose root-cause problems, and arranges necessary parts and service to resolve issues
Communicate relevant customer comments, inquiries, questions or concerns to appropriate DXP personnel
Be familiar and knowledgeable on all DXP products
Positively represent DXP when on location by having proper PP and a professional appearance
Be available for after-hours field service when needed
Ensure a safe working environment, help others succeed, and other duties as assigned

Primary Purpose
