Key Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative analyses of institutional data related to:

Develop Excel-based reports and models for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity

Job Summary
The Manager of Enrollment Services leads and coordinates all admissions, registration, and recruitment activities to support student access and enrollment growth. This role ensures efficient processes, data-driven strategies, and excellent customer service to meet the college's enrollment goals.
Job Duties:
Student Recruitment:
• Implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract both traditional and non-traditional students.
• Represent the college at high school visits, career fairs, community events, and industry-related gatherings.
• Cultivate relationships with school counselors, community organizations, employers, and other key stakeholders.
Outreach and Engagement:
• Plan and host on-campus and virtual events such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to highlight academic programs, support services, and career pathways.
• Build partnerships with community organizations in service area to increase awareness of programs designed for adult learners.
• Work closely with team members to align recruitment strategies with the college's institutional enrollment goals.
Admissions Support:

• Enroll high school students in GEN100 and dual credit classes as Dual Credit Facilitator.

• Analyze recruitment data and provide reports to leadership when needed, identify trends in recruitment for traditional students and adult learners.
Collaboration:
• Partner with academic departments to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and program availability.
• Support retention efforts by connecting enrolled students with academic and support resources.
Professional Development:
• Stay informed about industry trends, workforce needs, and changes in higher education policy.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences related to student recruitment and higher education.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, admissions, marketing, or student services (experience in higher education preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in technology tools such as CRM systems, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours to include some evenings and weekends.

JOB GOAL: Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school site; assist in other food preparation duties as directed; maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; train and provide work direction to others.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and bake rolls, biscuits, breads, cakes, cookies and other baked goods; prepare and combine necessary ingredients.
Prepare and cook meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; prepare salads, sandwiches, fruit, soups, sauces and other foods.
Assist in determining appropriate quantity of food items for cooking and baking; adjust and extend recipes as needed; maintain food quality standards including appearance, and nutritional requirements.
Monitor temperatures of food to assure safety and quality standards are met; monitor water temperatures to assure proper temperature for sanitizing.
Serve food according to established guidelines and replenish serving containers as needed; serve and sell lunch items to faculty.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or G.E.D.
One-year experience in cooking and baking food in large quantities.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must complete training course for certification of beginning school food service personnel as prescribed in 702 KAR 6:045. Pursuant to 7 CFR parts 210 and 235, employee must complete mandatory annual training requirements.

The Art & Design program in the School of the Arts at Northern Kentucky University seeks figure models for its Drawing and Painting courses. These courses seek nude figure models for drawing and painting courses. This is an open call for applicants. Applications will be used to build a qualified database of figure models for future instructional needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Models will be available for posing in a studio course room as each class duration is for three hours. The Model will be required to model nude for the class as a subject for student artists learning to draw or paint from life. The model should be able to hold poses from 30 seconds to as long as 30 minutes. While athletic ability is not required, body awareness and the ability to twist, turn, bend and accentuate the 3-dimensional qualities of the figure in poses is highly desirable.
The work is performed under supervision of the class instructor during class hours and models must be able to work with instructors, be punctual, and record hours for each working session. Must be comfortable posing nude. All body types, shapes and sizes are encouraged to apply. Per NKU SOTA policy NKU students may not pose nude. Work is performed in an interior closed door classroom environment.

The Campus Recreation lifeguard position is established to ensure the safety of our patrons and participants. This includes accident prevention in the water and surrounding deck areas by enforcing facility policies. Primary Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a lifeguard are facility supervision and maintenance.
