Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Innovation Lead to drive the transformation of our healthcare insurance provider's contact center ecosystem. This role will spearhead the migration from legacy contact center technologies to modern cloud-based CX platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud) while ensuring innovation aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the innovation and migration strategy from legacy systems to modern CCaaS platforms (Google CCAI, Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE CXone), ensuring alignment with business goals, cost efficiency, and improved CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, FCR).** Identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions (chatbots, NLP, predictive routing, speech analytics) to enhance omnichannel CX (voice, chat, email, IVR) and operational efficiency. Own end-to-end execution of cloud migration, including integration, scalability, security (HIPAA/SOC2 compliance), and CI/CD/DevOps automation for seamless transitions. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Product, and vendors to prioritize initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies. Drive a culture of innovation by staying ahead of CX/CCaaS trends (GenAI, automation, WFM tools) and piloting scalable solutions for competitive advantage. Optimize resource allocation and vendor partnerships to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. Qualifications 4+ years in innovation, CX transformation, or cloud contact center (CCaaS) migration (healthcare/insurance experience a plus). Hands-on expertise in Google CCAI (Dialogflow), Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, or NICE CXone implementations (Any of these). Strong knowledge of AI/ML in CX (chatbots, NLP, speech analytics, predictive routing). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation in contact center environments. To Learn More Visit: ********************************** Essential Duties and Responsibilities Full knowledge of the health and safety program and acts as Geosyntec's Safety Representative on site where required. Manage and coordinate activities on job sites to ensure compliance with relevant contract documents (e.g., technical specifications, construction drawings, sampling plans, CQA plans etc.), permit requirements, and others. Provide technical input for designs of cut-off walls, spillways, and overall modifications of dams, levees, and hydraulic structures. Interact with project personnel (contractors, project managers, regulators, engineers & clients) and assist in cultivating an integrated team approach through open lines of communications and participation in work progress meetings. Assembles proposals which includes performing risk assessment, value engineering, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client communication. Responsible for negotiation of the contract, contract changes, and understanding contract requirements. Review and approve contractors' construction quality control (CQC) procedures including material submittals and manufacturers' quality control (MQC) documents for completeness and compliance. Provide technical input and day to day use of electronic construction information management tools developed by Geosyntec and outside vendors. Maintain time documentation, analyze construction schedules and critical path management (CPM), and monitor construction progress with respect to scheduling and CPM tasks. A strong attention to detail and documentation as evidenced by daily logs, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, periodic reporting, and other standard construction management activities. An ability to exhibit flexibility which may require late night and/or weekend attention and/or short notice travel to address project related issues. Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. Travel Requirements: 50%+ Education and Licensure Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction science, construction management, or related subjects. (required) Advanced degree in same. (preferred) PE Licensure (preferred) Skills, Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of applicable experience (10+ years preferred); or equivalent combination of experience, education and training. (required) Technical understanding of design, site investigation, construction quality assurance, and/or construction management procedures for dams, levees, or hydraulic structures. (required) Direct experience with specialty geotechnical construction including cut-off walls, foundation grouting, ground improvement, soil mixing, and drilling and embankment and concrete gravity dam construction. (preferred) Prior experience managing large multi-task construction or environmental remediation projects and sophisticated estimating and scheduling techniques. (required) Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Works under the direct guidance and direction of the Wastewater Supervisor. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Provides general guidance and direction to Wastewater Treatment Operator(s) IV, III, II and I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Field Leadership and Coordination * Assists the Wastewater Supervisor in the scheduling and coordination of daily plant operations and personnel assignments. * Serves as the acting lead in the Supervisor's absence; directs staff and ensures that work is completed in accordance with established protocols and safety regulations. * Provides hands-on leadership in the field; trains operators in procedures, safety practices, and use of equipment. * Evaluates work in progress and upon completion for adherence to operational and regulatory standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems that incorporate pneumatic, digital, and central energy management system controls. Maintain flexibility and be available for duty during short-notice or urgent situations. Troubleshooting and repairing building control systems; optimizing controls and equipment for better usage by owner. Installing, replacing, or repairing equipment; including the need to calibrate thermostatic controls; worn heating, ventilation and air-conditioning parts and equipment. Assists with construction projects affecting HVAC equipment or systems. Repair or replace low- and high-pressure liquid lines. Assembling and installing metal ductwork. Develop heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system modification plans. Create and maintain preventive maintenance checklists for equipment. Perform weekly site inspections and prepare a weekly status report for the Manager Facilities. Inventory and catalogue HVAC systems by building/campus (including equipment type, manufacturer, serial number, capacity, and date of manufacture/install). Interprets as-built building blueprints and recommends system modifications. Researches and proposes materials for HVAC systems repair, and maintenance. Perform testing HVAC and Refrigeration for efficiency. Repairs and replaces defective equipment, components or wiring. Installs, connects and adjusts thermostats, humidistats and timers. Braze or solder parts to repair defective joints and leaks. Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming. Maintains campus air handling equipment, chillers and ice machines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent Universal EPA Certification Journeyman level HVAC licensure Five (5) years of experience in HVCR repair and maintenance for large building application or commercial HVAC equipment and systems A valid Tennessee driver's license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior supervisory experience. Tennessee Certification as a licensed HVAC mechanic and/or refrigeration technician. Degree/certification from an accredited college of technology specializing in air conditioning, heating and refrigeration. Master mechanical license Boiler maintenance experience Refrigeration maintenance experience Chiller maintenance experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor, which includes heavy lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs., as well as standing, walking, reaching, carrying, stooping and kneeling. Able to climb ladders and work in high/confined spaces. Work independently with little direction, meeting schedules and timelines. Knowledge in the operation of CCMS (computerized control management system) - BAS or MAC. Knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems. Knowledge of appropriate building codes. Requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to wear protective eye wear, gloves, ear wear and top of head during work times for one's safety as the task dictates. Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding. Strong understanding of HVAC functions, Boilers, Chillers, ductwork modifications and design. Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers. Strong leadership skills and work ethic. Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work. Ability and willingness to work any shift assigned. Shift assignments may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and various hours or locations that best meets the needs of the department. Ability to report to work/remain at work even if classes are cancelled, the campus is closed and/or the campus is working on limited operations in an emergency.
